Tucked away just three blocks from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and situated in the Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach.

*This 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms condo is situated in the highly desirable Dunes Pointe complex. Both bedrooms are spacious and feature built-in readying nooks with storage.

*Pets are NOT allowed.



The Space:

*2nd floor, must climb stairs

*2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 King bed, 1 double bed, sofa bed in the living room

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

* washer/dryer available.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available in the living room.

*Pool access with key only. Any missing, lost key will be accompanied by $200 fee.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The house is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
