Test your putting skills on the three-hole turf putt putt course. You can find our sports-themed pool table room on the main level of the home. There is ample seating for everyone in your group to enjoy meals together. There is a breakfast nook (seats four) and kitchen island seating (seats four) in the kitchen. The elegant formal dining room seats eight people and there is also a bar top table next to the formal dining room that can seat two additional people. Next to the dining room is a cozy pool table lounge, which is perfect for unwinding in the evenings while watching your favorite sports teams.

Inside this urban oasis, there are three main living areas. The spacious main level living room has a gas fireplace and cozy sectional for lounging. The kitchen and two dining areas are both located on this floor. One room over is the poker table with a three-seat conversation set. The half bathroom is also located on this floor. From the living room/breakfast nook area you have direct access to the deck.

The upper level boasts four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, a workspace desk, a 50-inch smart TV, and a bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms on the upper level offer two queen beds in each room with smart TVs in both. The second bathroom on the upper level has a double vanity with a shower and tub. The cozy moonlight-themed kid's bedroom features two full over full bunk beds with a smart tv in the corner, where all the kids can gather together to play and watch movies for a fun sleepover.

Downstairs, you'll find a speakeasy-themed poker/bar lounge and a home gym. The game room is perfect for family fun, with a hockey table, arcade games, foosball table, and more. The theater room with a massive sectional couch is accessed through the wet bar area.

Outside, the fun continues with a large playground area for young kids, a seven-person hot tub, and a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying the different Midwest seasons. Alongside the playground area is a three-hole turf putt-putt course, complete with colorful putters and golf balls for guests to enjoy. There is also a set of neon glow balls to enjoy some nighttime putt putt game. Next to the putt-putt course is a fun bowling alley set that kids/families can enjoy.

In front of the house is a driveway with parking space to accommodate 4 vehicles total or up to 5-6 smaller compact cars.
