Arch View from private deck, 2BR 2BA sleeps 5. Newly rehabbed historic building
Gorgeous exposed brick apartment in newly restored historic 2 BR, 2BA. 5 minute walk to the Arch, 2 minute walk to convention center, 2 minute walk to the Horseshoe (Caesars) Casino, 3 minute to many restaurants, 10 minute walk to Busch Stadium.
The newly rehabbed historic building is 2 blocks to the MetroLink train that goes through downtown to the airport and to Scott AFB. 2 blocks to Eads Bridge and 3 block to the Mississippi River
Built as a hotel in 1905 the historic building's full rehab was completed in fall 2024. The 3rd floor walk-up apartment features an upscale 2BR/2BA apartment with lots lots of exposed brick, original floors and new windows.
The kitchen is well organized and has high-quality cabinets, counters and appliances. It includes all you should need to have a great family experience. The (two) bathrooms are similarly organized.
We're conveniently located near most of St. Louis' top attractions only a short walk to the Arch, Busch Stadium, the dome and convention center, Horseshoe Casino, Four Seasons Hotel, Mississippi River, historic Washington Avenue and all that downtown has to offer.
There is street parking in front of the building. It is FREE between 7pm Saturday and 8am Monday and is otherwise metered. You can use the ParkMobile App or ParkLouie App - each available on Google Play or Apple’s iTunes.
Other than parking on the street, there is a paid parking lot (not ours) immediately adjacent to the building.
To the south of the building (between the building and the Arch) is a parking lot which is (generally) $8 per day (without in/out privileges) but the lot owners bump the rates if there are big events when the lots may charge a premium rate. We have negotiated a special $10.00 all day in/out pass for that lot. Please let us know if you want that as we'll need to coordinate getting you the pass.
If there is ANYTHING you need to ensure you have a spectacular experience, please let us know.
Guests get full use of the whole 3rd floor apartment. You'll get a door access code before your scheduled check in time.
As we've mentioned elsewhere, we are 100% committed to you having a 5-star experience and will work hard to ensure that happens. Though we've had a lot of real estate experience this is our first foray into hosting an VRBO. We've stayed at many VRBO's and have worked hard to make sure all the things we've enjoyed - as well as things we wish had been there - are covered. If there is anything you need to ensure you have a spectacular experience, please let us know and we'll do what we can to accommodate.
We hope you'll treat our apartment with the care are respect you would wish from others. This will help us provide a great experience to the next guests.

Rooms were tidy, kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, and it was super spacious! Not to mention the location was perfect! Everything was above and beyond. It was a beautiful condo that overlooked the arch. An easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Although it’s not a downside for us, there were quite a few stairs to get to the condo and it may be difficult for some. We absolutely didn’t mind and would definitely choose to stay there again!

We loved our stay with our grown kids The apt was immaculate and the location was great we walked to the arch. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were so nice. Loved the tubs. The kitchen was perfect and the deck was such a fun place to hang out. We loved the den snd this was a perfect retreat for two couples to have their own space. Would stay again if ever back in St Louis. Owner was great responding to questions and arranged parking for our stay.

Visited for the weekend for SMX at the Dome. Great communication with Host and he was very helpful and pleasant. Responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, roomy and well appointed, and was within walking distance to the Horseshoe Casino, Gateway Arch National Park, and several restaurants and bars. The roof-top deck was a bonus -- we enjoyed eating our breakfast on the deck while looking at the Gateway Arch. The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The parking option next door to the building was awesome -- pedestrian exit was about 10 to 15 feet from the door to the building. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to St. Louis!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental and owner, Victor. He was so accommodating and helpful and the rental itselfIs amazing. The rooftop deck is a direct view of the arch and was a great place to hang out and chat. The rooms were set up very well and the place was stocked with anything you could need. The thought behind the decor, snacks, and overall vibe of the place was great! I would highly recommend this rental when visiting St Louis!

Beautiful brick interior. It’s a wonderful remodel! Walked to the Arch and casino. Close to Busch stadium too. Only inconvenience is parking (we parked at the casino). Also, we recommend that they mention there are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. That could be difficult for some. Overall, we loved the place and would stay again when in St. Louis!

What a great place to stay and enjoy downtown St Louis with friends. The only thing I would make sure to understand is there are a lot of stairs. While not an issue for us, if you have a bum knee it would be a challenge. Having said that. We will be back as it is a great central place for us to meet friends for a quick getaway. Space is well done by a caring owner.

Fabulous girls weekend
My best friend and I visited with our preteen daughters. The apartment was beautiful and luxurious, yet cozy with comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets and all the “little extras” like kcups and snacks. Victor was a great host! Communication and hospitality were top notch. The deck is definitely the icing on the cake with a view of the arch on one side and the river on another. We enjoyed coffee on the deck both mornings! Just like with any big city, street noise is part of the experience, as is being aware of your surroundings. I appreciated the sound machine provided and the gated parking. We had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay very much!

Nearly Under The Arch!
We stayed here for two nights while we were in town for an event 25 minutes away. We could have stayed closer to the venue but this place was well within our budget and it was a straight shot on the highway. A really nice renovation was completed here and I was glad we found it. Easy parking, literally right next to the Arch, and super comfortable. The deck out the back door is ginormous and if it had been summertime, we would have been out there all the time! Victor was easy to reach and had the place completely stocked with everything you need. I would love to stay here again when it is warmer!

Great place for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Hopefully next time you'll get to explore even more of St. Louis. We're from St. Louis. We've stayed in many VRBOs (and places on that other hosting platform) and worked really hard to make sure what we enjoyed most - and most missed when staying as a guest was taken care of in our places. It's really great to see these old buildings brought back to life and so many people really enjoying them - especially after being vacant for so many years.

Laclede's Landing is known as St. Louis’ “first neighborhood:” and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, featuring cobblestone streets and historic buildings from the 1800s. After being the region’s most popular entertainment district for many years, the neighborhood is going through an amazing transformation into a true live, work, play neighborhood. The Landing is bordered by the Gateway Arch National Park to the south, Horseshoe casino and Four Seasons hotel to the north, the Mississippi River borders to the east and we abut the convention center, dome and heart of downtown to the west.
The Landing is perfectly suited for those visiting St. Louis. It is walking distance from many of the city’s best attractions. It is on the train that connects downtown to many of the top attractions, the STL airport and Scott Air Force Base.

Our apartment is in a newly rehabbed historic building, originally built as a hotel. Our family chooses to stay in short term rentals from VRBO and “that other platform.” We’ve tried to think of everything you might need. As experienced short term rental guests we are often thrilled by things hosts think about and sometimes disappointed by simple things they overlook. We’re committed to you having such a time so challenge us to do all we can to ensure you have a 5-star experience.
Everything you need should be there including all the basics plus a griddle, crock-pot, cooking sheets and pans, an assortment of the most frequently used spices, and more. There is a Keurig with some coffee pods, creamers, sugar and artificial sweetener. There are some basic condiment packets in case that helps you avoid having to buy a big bottle of something when you need only a little. There are dishwasher pods in the drawer to the right of the sink.
The 3rd floor apartment (Suite 300) features a private walk out deck that overlooks the Arch. We have two adjacent apartments that are perfect for families that want to spread out a little or business travelers that want to stay near, but not with, fellow travelers.
