Maravilla ist ein Top-Reiseziel am Golf von Destin. Es verfügt über einen 2 Hektar großen Privatstrand und ist bekannt für seine familiäre Atmosphäre und Annehmlichkeiten. Unsere komplett renovierte Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk des Gebäudes Nr. 3 neben der Einfahrt. Der Balkon ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und eignet sich hervorragend zum Sonnenbaden oder zum Betrachten fantastischer Sonnenuntergänge. Sie sind nur wenige Schritte zum markiert und beleuchtet Zebrastreifen zu unserem privaten, gated Strandzugang. Es gibt eine Promenade an der Strandseite des Scenic Gulf Drive und einen gepflasterten Pfad an der Condo-Seite zum Wandern und Radfahren. Vermietung von Mitte März bis Oktober umfasst einen Strandservice vor Ort (4 Stühle und 2 Sonnenschirme) - ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Also schnappen Sie sich Ihr Handtuch und Sonnencreme und Sie sind bereit für den Strand!

Dieses Gerät verfügt über alle neuen Möbel, darunter ein Schlafsofa und einen neuen LED-55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und einen Blu-ray-DVD-Player. Die Küche ist komplett mit modernen Edelstahlgeräten, Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und allen wichtigen Utensilien einschließlich einer Keurig-Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet! Es gibt einen Esstisch mit Platz für sechs Personen.

Für Ihren Schlafkomfort enthält jedes Schlafzimmer King-Size-Matratzen von Sealy Premium. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt zudem über einen DVD-Player, einen Flachbild-TV und einen Sony-Radiowecker mit Blitzanschluss. Es gibt einen Balkon vor dem Schlafzimmer, die eine Bistro-Tisch für zwei Personen beinhaltet! Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche mit 2 Duschköpfen - ein Handheld und eine Regendusche! Das zweite Badezimmer ist über den Hauptflur oder das Schlafzimmer zugänglich und verfügt über eine Dusche mit einer tiefen Badewanne.

Die Wäscherei in der Unterkunft verfügt über eine Samsung-Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die sich in voller Größe von vorne laden lassen. Wir bieten auch ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Es gibt viele Filme und Karten- / Brettspiele für Kinder und Erwachsene. Highspeed-Internet ist im Preis inbegriffen - kostenlos - sowie grundlegende Kabel-TV auf allen TV.

Wir begrüßen Sie, um unsere Wohnung zu erleben und die vielen lokalen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und besten weißen Sandstrände zu genießen! Sie werden leicht erkennen, warum wir Destin / Miramar Beach so sehr lieben!

Description and photos of condo are exact. It’s modern, very clean and close to the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings on the over sized balcony. The beach chair/umbrella service is invaluable in the Florida heat! Owners are very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

My stay was just what the VRBO said it was with all of the things listed. My family and I enjoyed our stay and how close to the beach and pool were located. The two king beds were perfect for our family. Love the place and would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Great location!

Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. Access to the beach was easy, and we loved not having to lug chairs and umbrellas. The resort is within walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s, as well as a short drive to Skipper’s for steamed seafood. We would definitely stay again.

Great VRBO!!

This property was amazing! It was very close to the ocean, very clean, and we loved the chair service that was provided when renting this condo. The condo was nicely stocked with pots/pans, cups, coffee maker, panini press, and a lot more appliances. The Maravilla property overall was nicely kept and the amenities on site were a plus (pool, ice machine, showers). It was in walking distance to 3 restaurants which we loved. We will be back!

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home and in a very high end unit! The finishes and extra touches were all well thought out! The owners welcomed us via message upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It’s even a short walk to the private beach. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to visit the Miramar Beach area!

Great condo!

Lisa and Rick, we absolutely loved our stay in your condo. It was so tastefully decorated, had so many little special touches, (from light switches being labeled, to Keurig, and even cleaning supplies). Most importantly, it was so very clean. We visit the Destin area 1-3 times a year and have stayed in several other condos in the same complex, I must say this was by far one of the nicest and cleanest condo! We look forward to renting your place again next year!

Another Great Stay

We rented this unit last year and loved it so we decided to rent it again!!We love this condo! It’s super clean and the owners are very kind and easy to reach! I cannot think of anything negative to say!We love that it is updated! Some of my favorite things are the rain shower head in the master, the spacious laundry room, the kitchen cupboard (to hide all our snacks), ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the balcony and the comfortable beds! Another plus is that this unit comes with beach setup (seasonal) - two umbrellas and 4 chairs - which is perfect for us—— most only offer one umbrella and two chairs! And, the owner provides 4 beach towels for use — in the laundry room there was even two beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a boogie board.We cannot wait to book this place again for next year!!

The condo was very clean and decorated tastefully. It was well equipped. The view was nicer than I expected. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms well done. Our friends stayed in a oceanfront condo in the same complex and we liked this unit much better. The side view condo was much bigger, especially the bedrooms. The balcony was much larger as was the living area. Nice tvs, great location to walk to Pompano Joes or KennyD. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean and Comfortable Condo

This property was CLEAN. It actually smelled fresh and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, hand mixer was the best I've ever used. The linens were of great quality and seemed to be new. Both king beds were very COMFORTABLE!! The condo was just as described and actually nicer in person. It is decorated beautifully and has everything that you could need for a cozy stay. It is just steps away from the beach and close to tons of eateries, shops and attractions. The host was FANTASTIC! Very attentive and answered all questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

More than expected!

I can say with the utmost confidence that this property nears if not is at the top of available listings in Maravilla. I have visited the Destin area multiple times, always choose the Maravilla property due to its location and overall layout. This was by far the best stay in terms of accommodations. I have always believed the little details are what sets something apart and Rich & Lisa far exceed the expectations from the communication (a HUGE plus) before and during to the smaller details such as the makeup wipes and the countertop spray my wife was ecstatic about. The little things don't go unnoticed and can't wait to look into future dates and will make an effort to book dates around Rich and Lisa's property availability!!

Excellent Condo & Location

We had a family of six and had a great time and the location was very central. Loved the fact that it was pet friendly. Mornings out on the balcony was very calming and had a view of the beach. Grill by the front pool has one grill and the one by the back pool has 3 charcoal grills. You can come into the condo via Hwy. 98 which will be a faster trip then taking the scenic route. The condo does come with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. You have to be by the steps on the beach by 8:45 a.m. to reserve your ocean front chairs, otherwise you will be on the second row. They do have quite a bit of toys for small children. They do have rolling carts to bring your belongings up to the condo. No items must be left outside the door.

Look no further!

This condo was amazing in every way! Not only is it exactly as described, but there were little touches too, like night lights and extra toiletries. The beds and linens were very comfortable and plush. As others have noted, this condo is spotless and the updates are very nice. The large flat screen TVs in every room, family games in storage nook, book selections and DVDs made rainy days fun inside. The place was well-lit and spacious. Nice size closets and bathrooms too! The balcony was huge and had ample seating to go out and enjoy what we thought was a pretty good view. It's a steal for what you get. Again, the beds alone make this place worthwhile. Also, bringing our dog is a must, so it was very convenient to be able to travel with her and the condo grounds really do accommodate pets. The balcony was also great for our dog. The pool and tennis courts are nice and close by, along with an elevator and rolling cart for you to haul your belongings. It is walking distance to great restaurants off of Scenic 98 and close to Highway 98. Ok, I could go on and on, but I will end by commenting that this is OUR new Destin area condo for sure. Thank you Lisa and Rich and we'll be back! Oh, and thank you for such a quick deposit refund notification...much appreciated!!

We have been vacationing at Maravilla since 2001. The area is dear to hearts as this is where we got engaged! We are sure you will fall in love with the area also. Maravilla is a wonderful family friendly and relaxing condominium community. This resort complex is unique in that there is a lot of green space for kids to play and an excellent paved path along Scenic Gulf Drive to walk, run or bike! With its nearby restaurants, shopping and beautiful white sand beaches this is a excellent location that is central to all of the Destin and 30A area!
