CASA DEL SOL is a 2 bed / 2 bath dream vacation rental home! Located in a 55 and older community, it’s the PERFECT getaway for active senior couples who enjoy being around other active adults (Note: Only one person needs to be 55 and older to rent). Stay for a month…or three! This single family residence style home faces away from the street and offers a pool view over a shared, but very private, green belt. CASA DEL SOL is 1,350 s.f. offering a very spacious primary bedroom with en-suite.

CASA DEL SOL is a golfer’s dream! The golf course at San Juan Hills Golf Club is truly an oasis for both the serious golfer as well as the vacationing one. Nestled in the rolling hills of San Juan Capistrano, San Juan Hills Golf Club is a public course, a par 71 championship golf course, and is just a short 5-minute flat walk (no hills) from CASA DEL SOL.

CASA DEL SOL is a few minutes’ drive to the uniquely historic community of San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano, one of California’s oldest missions is located. It is a place of historical, cultural, and religious significance, as well as a place of inspiration and education. Surrounding the mission is the quaint Los Rios District. One of the oldest neighborhoods in California Los Rios District is comprised of charming antique shops, restaurants, parks, historical sites, and art galleries.

Are you more of a beach goer? CASA DEL SOL is just 5 to 10 minutes’ drive to Doheny Beach, the Dana Point Harbor, and numerous other world renown beaches and surf spots in neighboring beach towns of San Clemente and Dana Point. Spend a relaxing day kayaking or paddle boarding, or just sunning yourself at Baby Beach at the Dana Point Harbor. Or walk over to the Orange County Marine Institute adjacent to Baby Beach for a fun filled afternoon educating yourself and your family about our oceans and spectacular sea life. The Catalina Express and Dana Wharf Fishing boats offer daily trips to Catalina and half day or day long fishing excursions.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The primary bedroom suite offers a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen TV & large, spa-like full bathroom with full washer and dryer. The second bathroom services the second bedroom but it’s also accessible to your guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: This large, fully outfitted gourmet kitchen is light and bright, offering newer appliances, a farm sink, and plenty of countertop space for cooking or baking. The adjacent dining area is equally open and bright, offering seating for 4 to 6.

FAMILY ROOM: This spacious open floor plan features a comfortable sofa and chair, cozy gas fireplace, coffee table, and a large Flat Screen TV. Wireless internet is included at no additional cost.

OUTDOORS: The front door faces away from any road offering total privacy. The backyard patio is so serene, and the furniture is so comfortable you’ll want to spend the entire day here. It overlooks a beautiful greenbelt with a pool view. There is a small pedestrian gate from the patio with direct access to the pool. The landscaping is maintained by the association.

MANAGEMENT: CASA DEL SOL is professionally serviced by Vacation Concierge, Inc., a local hospitality and management service. An informative Home Guide including the arrival instructions, Wi-Fi, and all the information you need to operate this home are provided on a digital link sent directly to your cell. An initial set of consumables is provided when you check in. Vacation Concierge is local should you need anything during your stay.

SUITABILITY: This is a 55 and older community. At least one renter must be 55 years old. A copy of that guest’s driver’s license will be required after booking. Pets - Please ask. This is a non-smoking home.
