Family Beach Vacation 2023

It's rental place, so i didn't expect top tier cleaning, but a little more cleaning would have been great, but it wasn't anything we couldn't deal with. We had a few things that needed fixing, but management responded very swiftly and handled the broken items (2 beds that were broken and a kitchen drawer not working properly ). I messaged them immediately and they fixed it with no problem. I really appreciate that. Other than minor things, our stay was AMAZING and i would recommend this place to anyone. We had 14 ladies and this place accommodated us and we had ample of space.

Birthday Week

Everything was absolutely beautiful. My only disappointments were that there were no full length mirrors. Only mirrors were above the bathroom sinks. Also not one single blow dryer s. One would be great for the house. Also well stocked kitchen with lots of plates cups and silverware. But very little larger pots and pans,griddles or means to cook for a large group. Otherwise an absolutely fantastic place.

Not Bad but Not Great Either

No tv’s upstairs work. A few of the kitchen drawers were broken. Windows on balcony rooms needed cleaning, floor was barely swept and mopped, and need to reseal the doors this will prevent a draft from coming in. Overall not bad.

Location good-few issues with the property

We had 2 issues during our stay. One was the cable and internet went out on Saturday. The instructions for those issues were to contact the cable company. We did...they said it would be back on by 1pm, then by 5pm...then it went to We won't be able to send someone out until Monday. Having 4 small kids and older adults, this was highly inconvenient. I did notify the property manager Monday morning and they did send someone who could not fix too. It did come back on around 3pm that day. The other issue was a leak from a 2nd floor bathroom coming from the ceiling. Whe. We discovered it, it was the last night we were there and I notified property management.

Money well spent!

Great accommodations! The Condo was very nice; and get this....even the other renters was nice! However, I would give a little tip too the management; their seems to be a need to revisit or put in place standards, and an auditing program for the Cleaning Contractor. The Condo was clean, however it was noticeably that they did a rush job that time and a couple times before.

Family vacation

Very spacious and affordable. However, the floors were so dirty they made our bare feet solid black, very loud night traffic on highway side of the condo. All the toliets were dirty, one bathroom sink and shower clogged, and a stack of strip Club business cards were on the table for advertising. This place is not taken care of properly.

Enjoyed our stay, nice place! Until the end when we all realized all 10 of us had the same bites and one teen boys legs were ate up. Had to be bed bugs, now have to go home and spend the day at a laundromat!

I have checked the work orders and it shows on June 8th the unit was checked and was negative for bed bugs. We take this issue very seriously and act very quickly. Weekend trip

We found the villa quite spacious, nicely decorated, and a great location. I have 2 complaints. Most of the beds were king swings not kings as listed. The kitchen was not well equipped. We had to scramble eggs in a pot. No bottle opener.

Could be so nice but needs work

This condo was large enough for our extended family meeting in MB for a reunion/vacation. We had a great week despite the following review. This part of MB is very quiet and family oriented. The place has great potential, but we found the condo to be dirty with worn furnishings. Blinds missing from windows, large picture window was cloudy probably from a broken seal. The floors were dirty, requiring a reclean request. The living room rug and the carpet up the stairs are dirty and worn out, needing replacing. We ended up washing blankets and comforters/shams. We bought a new shower curtain for the master bath and washed the rug as well. We had to buy sharp knives to be able to cut food for cooking. The decks were very dirty and left much to be desired for a place to sit and enjoy. Owner needs to invest a little money and TLC and this place could shine. Disappointed to see a unit this dirty this early in the season.
