Free usage of our 2 bikes! 1 bedroom condo with 620 total sq ft, nearly 2x the size of most studio condos nearby. Excellent location in Seacrest and 200-300 yards west of Rosemary green space. Condo has four windows which can be opened to overlook the Seacrest square. Seacrest Beach access is about a 10 minute walk or a convenient shuttle ride which is provided seasonally. Free use of two pools (one heated year round) and hot tub. King sized bed. Queen size sleeper sofa plus air mattress.

Ten minute walk to Seacrest beach access, or take the shuttle in season. Rosemary square is about 200 yards to the east. Alys beach community is about a 10-15 minute walk to the west.

Plenty of restaurants and shops in short walking distance. Seacrest Beach is about 10-12 min walk, or you can take the shuttle seasonally. Once you park your car you shouldn’t need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore, expand your dining options, or drive to a large grocery store.

Kitchenette includes refrigerator with freezer, sink, microwave, toaster oven, cabinet space, and portable induction oven. Guests have use of gas grill by the pool. Pets are allowed with a pet fee $25 per night per pet.
