Guest Access:

Guests enter via a few steps (4-5) with a sturdy hand railing leading up to the front door, equipped with convenient keyless entry. You may also enter through the side gate along the sidewalk. This provides closer convenience to the parking space but does not have handrails when entering the home. You’ll have full access to the entire home, excluding a small owner’s closet near the side door. For added security, exterior-only cameras monitor the property with active audio and video recording, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Main Street Haven is perfectly nestled near Downtown Pensacola, offering views of the Inner Harbor from the upper balcony and main patio. Located directly across from the iconic Joe Patti’s Seafood Market, you’re in the ideal spot to explore. Downtown’s vibrant shops, dining, and nightlife are just a 10-20 minute walk away, while the beautiful shores of Pensacola Beach are a short 15-20 minute drive. This neighborhood brings the best of Pensacola right to your doorstep!



Getting Around:

Downtown Pensacola has something for everyone, and getting around is easy! Choose to walk, rent a Bird or Veo scooter, or hop on a bike from one of the many rental shops downtown. For convenience, Uber and Lyft are also available, making every corner of Pensacola accessible.



For scooter rentals, please review the city’s “Shared Micromobility” guidelines at City of Pensacola website.



Other Things to Note:

The detached garage has an apartment above it which is occupied by a tenant and two dogs. The tenant will not disturb your stay and there are no common spaces shared. You will have total privacy. We ask that you also respect the privacy of the tenant as this is not part of the rental property.

We are not responsible for FL weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands. Please purchase Travel Insurance.



★BUGS & CRITTERS★

Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place.



★ POTENTIAL NOISE ★

Our property is located on Main St., which could cause potential noise. We do provide a sound machine in the king bedroom and disposable earplugs are in all bedrooms for any guests who are light sleepers.



★ MONTHLY STAYS ★

Monthly stays (30 days or longer) receive a complementary cleaning service.



★IMPORTANT★

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. 🚧 Important Notice: Construction Update 🚧



We want to make sure all guests are fully informed before booking. There is ongoing city construction happening on B Street to the side of the house now through November 30.



Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (subject to change).



Noise: There may be construction noise during these hours.



While this may impact the outdoor areas (such as the patio), we’ve taken steps to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide a white noise machine and there are earplugs in all bedrooms.
