Great location on a beautiful small lake. Truly relaxing! Photos on listing should be updated, as the house and boat are a bit more worn than in pictures on the listing. All in all it was a nice house for a larger group to stay at, with plenty of room to accomodate all of us!

Beautiful and clean lake with great views from the property. The boat is definitely worth renting and fishing off of, or tubing. Beds have some wear, and climate varies drastically between floors, but still a comfortable stay.

Lake beach area was great. House was spacious and comfortable with a lot of storage. Manager was responsive to questions/concerns. I would only suggest that better upkeep of household things like lights, fans, and refrigerator would go a long way as well as the outdoor overgrowth. Driveway was unusually steep and garbage receptacle rather far from the home.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time...all 17 of us! The house was clean, the swimming was fantastic especially for the wee little ones, we LOVED the beach area and the water was so clear for swimming. The host was easily reachable and responded very quickly to our questions. Grandpa and Grandma enjoyed watching everyone have a good time!!

Best and last stay

This house and location are the best for our 13 member family. We loved the large dining room to gather and were comfortable in every clean room. Everyone loved the beach, pontoon and patio areas. Unfortunately it was our last stay because we can't rent for an entire week. Three nights are what we do. Don't know if we can find another perfect place like this.

Stay was amazing. The house is just as described and clean upon arrival. The host, Nick was amazing and communication was excellent. It was a getaway for my son & friends for their senior year plus a nice getaway for the one adult supervising but place was better than envisioned and the kids all had a good time so it was a definite success and will reach out for another stay. The owners were great with communication and we appreciate them allowing us to enjoy the property.

Excellent place with a quirk or two.

Wonderful place to have a family stay. However, the pontoon boat should be fitted with a canopy considering its rental price. The coffee pot did a slow dribble even after we ran a bottle of vinegar through it, and the refrigerator handle was loose and came off so we did a temporary fix.

This is our 3 year at Bullys. The home fits our family of 16 well. Pearl Lake is a gem. Typically we swim and do water sports but tried fishing this year and one of the kids caught a whopper. Great time was had by all.

Women's Retreat Weekend

The property is nice and in a nice location. I had 24 women on the property and it was difficult to find a space to make a circle with everyone because there wasn't much flat space in the yard. Inside the house the acoustics were tough with the vaulted ceilings and so many people talking at once. We loved the sand bottom lake area and spent a lot of time in the water. As the host I found the extensive paperwork for this property to be a bit much. Having to enter every person's name, address, age etc... seemed excessive considering I even purchased the additional damage insurance. The host was quick to respond to issues we had and otherwise easy to work with. Overall a good location for a large group.

Bully's Pearl Lake - A++

Our 5-night stay was fantastic! Bully's accommodated my big family of 24 from ages 2 to 72 - lots of space for everything - eating, sleeping, and even parking; home is clean, neat, and organized, plenty of house supplies/linens, and communication with Nick and Lisa was very timely. Kids loved the sandy 'beach', paddle boat, kayaks (we brought 2 also) and the sandy lake bottom out to the floating swim dock - endless hours of water games, fishing and swimming. We rented the pontoon, as well as brought our own speed boat (plenty of space for that too) - SO much tubing and water sports, it almost made us sad that wake hours were only 11am-4pm. But, we did enough trolling and anchoring around the lake for sunsets, fishing, and swimming, too, that we always had something to enjoy. Pearl Lake is a very clean lake, we would definitely consider coming back to this lake to rent this house. After 10 years of renting lake houses in the summer, this one landed in our top two!

"An American Dream"

An American Dream is how our 17 year old granddaughter described our stay at Bully's. Our whole family stayed here for an extended weekend `- 3 years old to 72 years old. The home is clean, neat, organized and has everything you need for a terrific time. We rented the pontoon and are so glad we did - we tubed, trolled around the lake, fished and put anchor down in the lake and swam. Everything we needed was right there and we never left the property. Everyone wants to go back - can't have a better compliment than that:)

Our card club has a fall retreat at Bully’s. This was our second year and we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and equipped with most of the things we needed. One of our guests suggested that it would be nice to have a chair in the bedroom to be able to sit to put shoes and socks on. Will try to come back next fall.

When this property became available, I saw the opportunity to have a nice property and offer these memories to others who enjoy family time with the fun that Wisconsin Seasons bring. This is meant to be a family rental so please no rowdy crowds or parties. This is a very peaceful crystal clear lake and we would like to keep it that way. If you are like us and enjoy family fun on the water and campfires at night this is the place for you.

The patio and gradual hard sand bottom crystal clear lake is hard to beat. If you enjoy sitting on a 80' long patio that touches the water while you watch the kids fish for Bluegill, Bass, Northern Pike, and Perch - or enjoy boat rides and tubing/ skiing you will have a blast!
