When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as Cable TV and a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer

Within your unit, you'll have your own private balcony to enjoy evening sunsets and views of the Rockies! If you want to venture out, our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel! Parking Garage is First come First Serve. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage and plenty of neighborhood parking.

Surrounded by the best that Denver has to offer, Tennyson Street (located in the Berkeley neighborhood) is one of the City's most thriving streets in Denver! Start your day with a top-rated breakfast across the street at Denver Biscuit Company or get in line for a pastry at Bakery Four (Its truly worth it)! Spend the afternoon boutique shopping or visiting galleries or dine at one of the many popular restaurants on Tennyson. End the evening with a virtual round of golf and a cocktail next door at The South Broadway Country Club. This location is perfect for solo parties, groups, business travelers and families!

Getting Around:
You won't need a car if you plan on staying near the hotel. You'll have plenty in walking distance. If you want to get out and see all of Denver's best attractions, you will need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to the various tourist attractions.

Please notify us BEFORE your stay if you will need a pack-n-play or highchair. We need 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver it to your room.

ROOF TOP PATIO
The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos).

PET FEES
We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. There is a two dog maximum.

PARKING
Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation.

SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL
There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS

We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues. Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. Place was nice and very clean. Beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Only negative is if you are unfamiliar with alley use/parking (like me) its a little confusing to find it. Overall a good experience, thanks!

Perfect Stay, 10 out of 10!

Perfect 10 all around! We stayed here for 9 nights and loved the building, the 2 bedroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. We walked to tennis courts, parks, restaurants, and had easy access to I-70 to the mountains and to downtown Denver. I rate it a solid 10!

Beautiful Apartment / Hotel in a trending vibrant Location

Accommodations were very clean and modern. The rooftop balcony with grills and fire pit was relaxing. The location couldn't have been better for walking the historic neighborhood and visiting all of the shops and restaurants. Being pet friendly, and having a park to walk and exercise the dog directly across the street was a nice bonus. The secure completely enclosed parking garage made loading and unloading convenient and safe. Thanks, for a wonderful stay.

The room is very nice, clean, new. It’s located in a hotel which is strictly online check in, no front desk. The location is convenient to downtown and is on a good restaurant street. You will need a rental car to get downtown and to most places of interest. I would recommend

Great location and more than we expected!

We were pleasantly surprised at the neat and super clean modern take on a vacation place. This location is adorable with multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beds were comfy and everything super sleek and clean. I would suggest the host add a pair of scissors to the supply drawer. It’s surprising how many times we needed them.

Fun long Weekend!!

We came to Denver to celebrate our son’s engagement to his beautiful girlfriend. Such a nice condo to stay in while we were in town, only 10 minutes away from our son, and easy to get Lyft back & forth. We love the location of the Berkeley, and restaurants were delicious and only short walk from us. The condo was furnished perfectly with plenty of linens, and kitchen essentials. We will be back!!

Cute spot in a cute neighborhood!

The property appears to be very new- it was clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop area was great- with nice views & an easy to use fire pit. It was in close walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, and cute shops. Easy to get an Uber/Lyft- and just a short ride to other hip spots in Denver. Only suggestion- needs an extra mirror- hard for 3 people to get ready with just a single small mirror in the bathroom! :-)

Great VRBO Place!!

The good, the better and one bad Place is super clean and possibly -actually definitely -the one place i ever rented that had the best kitchen set up ever - now i didnt cook much but it had everything. The kitchen items were clean, new and NOT broken!! The place is clean like not one heebie geebie clean!! Bed so comfy but sheets a little weird - not in a bad way just different dont know how to explain - by no means a deal breaker Couch snd chairs - COMFY!! Location - PERFECT get on line at bake four by 8:30/8:45 Check in/out - SUPER smooth Recommend - 100% and then some!

High end amenities with great location, but lacking a little common traveler needs

Gorgeous place with high end everything from appliances to faucets and shower. Very sleek and clean. Great location and great with included garage. A little confusing to locate due to parking being off an alley in the back, but once we found it, all easy. For us, a group of 3 women, we wish there was more than the one mirror in the bathroom (and at least one full length!) and more hangers--obviously easy to remedy. It would have made life much easier also if the shower wasn't clear glass so we could at least have more than one person in the bathroom at a time getting ready. The bathroom was beautiful, but not really functional for groups of people. Other than that, we loved the neighborhood and it was close to every place we wanted to go. And great communication with instructions by management.
