Ideal for families and groups, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and scenery.
The Space:
Walking distance from the village, restaurants, and shopping; this home has an ideal location to complement its inviting furnishings and unimpeded views. Here you can rest, relax, and rejuvenate in a modern paradise.
The gorgeous, open concept living space features a large sectional couch to seat your group, with lake views, gas fireplace, and smart tv all within sight. Your fully equipped kitchen is steps away, complete with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, toaster, blender, and full suite of cookware. When you arenât grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many local spots nearby, enjoy convenient meals at the dining table set for 6. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar, perfect for quick bites and morning coffee.
This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #3 is a studio separated from the rest of the home, accessible on the ground level through the garage.
Bedroom #1 is a bunk bed room with a total of 3 full size beds and 1 twin size bed, as well as a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed overlooking the lake and a private balcony, plus a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 features lake views from the queen size bed, private patio, fireplace, wet bar with coffee maker and fridge, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Studio separated from the rest of the home and is accessible on the ground floor through the garage for your privacy.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
-You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.
- To ensure compliance with local city regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.
- The home has 3 full bathrooms.
- Parking space is provided for 3 vehicles. 1 garage space is available, plus 2 spaces in the HOA parking lot.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- There is a $100 fee for lost or unreturned pool/spa and dock key.

For a quiet retreat away from urban hustle and bustle, it doesn't get any better than Big Bear Lake. Immersed in nature, this little village provides all the best of lake life in the mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest. The recreational activities in this area, such as hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing, maintain Mother Nature as the premier attraction, although shopping, dining, and live entertainment can be enjoyed in The Village.
This location is ideal for its close proximity to the lake, but it is also conveniently near Big Bear Mountain Resort with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking, the Scenic Sky Chair, and 9 holes of golf to enjoy during the offseason. The resort is less than 10 minutes away with 26 lifts, 55 runs, and options for every experience level. Non-skiers can get their thrill with high-speed tubing down the slopes. Big Bearâs 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs. These fun-filled locations feature year-round options as well with summer tubing, mountain coaster ride, ropes course, waterslides, and more.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging. For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and the fee is $170.
Other Things to Note:
The City of Big Bear Lake requires in-person check-in with a valid ID and agreement of the Good Neighbor Policy from the person who made the reservation. This is not optional, and you can incur a minimum $500 fine from the City of Big Bear Lake if you ignore this step. Thank you for keeping us compliant.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
