3BR 2BA riverfront condo with a boat slip

Rivercation is a fantastic three bedroom, two bath riverfront condo at Sportsman’s Lodge on the St. Johns River, a great spot for fishing, waterskiing, barbecuing, and so much more. Guests will have exclusive use of one boat slip (up to 26’ boat) and two parking spaces as well as shared use of the community pool. Next to the pool are gas grills and a fire pit shared by the community. This property is our personal vacation condo in Welaka, Florida, a small town on the St. Johns River just south of Palatka, Florida. The dock is just past the pool. You can see the river and the pool from the unit, especially the sun porch which has a game table perfect for cards, puzzles, and fun times enjoying the view.

This property is great for family vacations, getaways for girls or guys, and anyone escaping a harsh winter up north. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware and flatware. Small appliances include a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and blender. The unit is on the second floor and may be accessed by stairs or elevator.

Welaka, is centrally located and is considered the fishing capital of Florida. We even have a professional fishing guide who lives at the property and is available for tours. This property is convenient to many destinations in Florida. Rivercation comfortably sleeps 6. We also have a sleeper sofa just in case you need it.

Bedroom 1 – has a king bed with an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, shower and linen closet.

Bedroom 2 – has one queen bed

Bedroom 3 – two twin XL beds. If requested when making your reservation, the twin XL beds may be made as one king bed.

The bedrooms have great mattresses, ample storage and lighting, and alarm clocks with USB ports for charging devices. The second bathroom also has a shower and linen closet with plenty of towels. We provide pool towels as well. The unit has a washer and dryer with basic supplies. Both bathrooms have dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We have just replaced all of the appliances and installed a water softener and filtration system. We regularly replace the filter in the refrigerator so you have great tasting ice and water.
