The best way to describe our stay at this property is to tell you it was too short! The house renovation makes this property an easy 10 out of 10. We slept 8 perfectly and had incredibly easy walking access to great restaurants, parks, and Downtown. The place has two FREE onsite parking spots and you could not ask for a more responsive and accommodating host. We had to pickup some our group at Union Station, and the house is literally just minutes away. We will be back!

This place is VERY nice and fully stocked as advertised. Location is excellent, and the neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe.The only struggle we had was due to the lack of doors to the upper suite and one of the lower rooms. We had a full house, so we in the suite were kept awake by the loud snorer in the basement. Joe provides lots of blankets and wraps which we draped over the stairwell railing for visual privacy from the kitchen below, so we were fine.The beds, sheets, seating, showers, lighting, etc., were all super comfy. Like i said - a VERY nice place.

We had a delightful stay here while we visited Denver with our daughter and family. It is a clean, well-stocked and updated house. The location is excellent with short walks to several great restaurants and coffee shops. It's an easy walk across the interstate to REI. This place was perfect for our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and there was good communication throughout our stay. I can't recommend this home more highly. We have found our place for future Denver visits.

We stayed here while in town for a family wedding. The location was excellent - super close to downtown but still in a residential area within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house was neat and clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and modern. Bedrooms were a nice size and the common areas were a great place for everyone to hang out. Five of us stayed here but the house could easily fit more comfortably. The host was easily accessible and communicated before, during, and after our stay. Having parking was a huge plus. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

The house was very nice and updated. Neighborhood was good and several places to walk too. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of extras including spices, coffees/filters, plus utensils, dishes etc. The house is small for 10. And I wish I would have read better in terms of loft primary and secondary basement room. There was not a lot of privacy for those rooms and the primary bathroom has no door unless you open the separated toilet room door to block the main floor from seeing up into the bathrooms vanity/shower area. Same for basement room with no door the main floor can look down onto the bed. I would clearly call out that space has no privacy. For an extended family of mixed relatives this was tough. No sleeping in. We went for a family wedding and had 9 adults of singles and couples so that also made sleeping a bit difficult. Again should have read descriptions better. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly and gave us all the info we needed. This is the first vrbo where I had to purchase the insurance which I would not do again. I paid a lot of money for 3 nights and so many host and vrbo fees I don’t like being forced to purchase the additional insurance. It should be in the policy included in vrbo price.All in all the house was nice and served the purpose. Depending on the group you go with and flexibility of the people it’s a good location but people should know it’s small and some folks won’t have privacy if they seek it.

The host was very responsive. The home is well appointed, fully stocked and located near many restaurants. Downtown is also very close at a comfortable walking distance and a short drive to many major other attractions. I would advise to read the "bedroom" and bed situation carefully. Three of the "bedrooms" have closed doors, and then there's an upstairs loft style master suite and another bed in the downstairs common area. While the master loft is on a level all by itself, there is no door for privacy and the downstairs bed is in a common room that you walk through to get to the downstairs bathroom and closed bedroom. It worked fine for our group. The beds are all good sized, very comfy and every room is decorated nicely with plenty of room for luggage. The dedicated parking spots are accessible through a tight alleyway which our mid-size SUV was able to squeeze through. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this unit.

Lovely home in a great location

Our stay was perfect. The location is great for walking to and from downtown Denver if you like to walk, which we do. We walked to Ball Arena for the hockey game, as well as to Hayters & Co to watch the Rose Bowl. The home is clean, quite roomy, and contains all the amenities that you'll need. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and had many of the creature comforts of home (pantry staples, coffee maker, wifi, TV, laundry, etc.). The neighborhood has tons of restaurants and is in walking distance to Union Station (train to/from airport) and many attractions locally and downtown. There is parking on the premises, so no worries about moving for street sweeping. There was a small snafoo at check-in, but the host was very responsive and able to resolve it immediately. Overall this was a great base for our large group while enjoying Denver!

Perfect home and location

We rented this updated bungalow for Christmas while visiting family in Denver. Our stay was five Star from the beginning to the end. We have rented many homes throughout the country with this group and we all agree that this property was one of the best.The check in process was easy. The home was very clean and exactly as represented in the photos. Heads up that the upstairs bedroom is a loft without a door. Something that didn’t bother our group.Kitchen was fully equipped which was important for us because we travel with people who have very specific dietary needs that require cooking most meals.The location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to many restaurants. A short walk to REI and Whole Foods. We highly recommend this property and will be back for the next family vacation to Denver.

Upon arrival there was snow and ice on walkways and both entrances to the home which we cleared with a broom found in the home. The first evening we did not have hot water and had to contact the host who had us reset a breaker on the outside rear of the home. We had a large group for this 5 bedroom home. There were very few bath towels in the bathrooms and no kitchen dish rags for use. Contacted host who gave us the code to a locked closet for additional towels. Limited seating for a large group in a 5 bedroom home. Warning should be posted for parties traveling with more than 2 vehicles. The large SUV and full size pickup in our group could not use the alley parking because of how narrow the entrance was. Poor/limited street parking in this area.

Joseph was great at communicating, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two dedicated parking spots are down a narrow alley so it could be tricky to get a large car back there. Street parking was mostly taken so just something to plan ahead for. My group had a great time and our stay was very comfortable.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property is beautifully done - the renovation is gorgeous with tasteful decor and comfortable beds and the lighting schemes are stunning. Super clean and well appointed with everything we needed- fans and power strips by the bed and lots of little touches to make our stay great! The property was in a perfect location for our plans.
