Hygge Studio- BRAND NEW- Main Street

This brand new, centrally located studio embodies the spirit of the Scandinavian quality of Hygge. It is quaint, simple, warm, and cozy. You will find yourself in the center of a vibrant Main Street, and a quick walk, bike, or car ride to all the adventure and open frontiers our valley offers. You have your own patio, which overlooks the Collegiate Peaks and Mosquito Range. The studio boasts a king sized bed and a deluxe memory foam queen sized pull out sofa, as well as a full kitchen.

The Avandra Studio is named after the Norse Goddess of freedom, travel, and adventure. She is known as "she who makes the path" or the "change bringer", and she champions freedom, travel, trade, and adventure across the lands. Avandra's will heralds open frontiers, and her call beckons her followers to discover that which awaits them beyond the known.

One of the few air conditioned properties in Buena Vista, you can enjoy comfort any time of year. With a king sized bed and a queen sized memory foam pull out sofa, there is plenty of room for a couple or small family.

Don't feel like cooking? Just venture across the street to one of Main Street's many coffee shops for breakfast, or head downstairs to the Buena Viking for the coldest beer, dreamiest cocktails, and best burger in town.

Prefer to stay in? We've got you covered with a fully loaded kitchen stocked with spices, pots, pans, and everything you need to whip up something amazing. Your private balcony is ready for your morning coffee or evening happy hour.

You are only 1/2 mile away from the Midland Hiking and biking trails and the River Park. Your outdoor adventure is right at your fingertips when you make this apartment your home. You'll be walking distance to the frisbee golf course, playground, skate park, pump track, and all the best dining and shopping that Buena Vista has to offer.

I really enjoyed the stay. The place is super cute and has a fantastic location. Communication was great as well. Only issues we had was that there was a consistent loud banging noise that shook the apartment all day on Sunday. It was quite disruptive. I am typically not one to be bothered by noises, but this was non-stop and literally shook the apartment. It started at 7 in the morning and continued until 1030 at night. We could not figure out what caused the noise, but potentially the door to the restaurant downstairs? Also, do not love an 80 cleaning fee and prefer that the 'fees' be included in the price. With that being said, neither of those 'issues' would be enough to stop us from staying there again. It really is a great place.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This space made for an amazing weekend. Located right downtown, we walked to cafes, bars, and restaurants. Convenient to hiking and hot springs. The kitchen is appointed with everything to make a lovely meal. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

My fiancé and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was perfect for us two. The place seems to be pretty new and was very clean! We were able to walk to so many places on Main Street. I would definitely recommend staying at the Even Keel Lodge!!

Great place right in the heart of downtown!

This is a super cute place right in the heart of downtown! It's brand new and the owner has done a really great job with the decor and thinking of all of the little details/touches - it's the cutest place I've ever stayed. It was so nice to be able to walk to shops and the river! The owner was very responsive and helpful with a slight problem during check in and was extremely accommodating. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Clean, comfortable, charming

My daughter and I stayed for a wedding in the mountains over Independence Day weekend. There were supposed to be four of us, but ended up only two. The studio was clean, comfortable, and adorable. We weren’t there much, so didn’t do any cooking other than making tea, since we had meals at the wedding venue, but the kitchen is well stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils. I have celiac, and like to have a kitchen available. There’s also a washer and dryer. I was concerned about it being over a restaurant on Main Street, but we heard no noise. We were able to walk historic Main Street in the morning and enjoy the atmosphere. We would stay again if in BV.

Great spot with all the amenities. The bed was 4 out of 10. King sized pillows on a queen bed… they look nice when bed is made but the pillows were horrible for me. One wasn’t enough and two was too many. I should’ve borrowed one from a local friend after first night. Consider changing those. The actual mattress was just ok. I could see some having difficulty with it being so firm. Was fine for me. I got locked out once after a wedding reception at 1am. My code didn’t work. Thank god chandler was very responsive and reset my code right away. That would’ve been horrible if chandler wasn’t available. Other than those two issues the place was great.
