PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Once you arrive at our home, you`ll enter through the first floor, either through the garage or front door. Up a short flight of stairs, you arrive to an open floor plan - kitchen + dining area + living room in one. Off the massive kitchen is a balcony with seating for two, and a half bath. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, while the living room invites your whole group to settle in. You may fight over the couch, as it`s an Albany Park Cloud couch - you might just fall asleep! Watch a movie or just relax in front of the electric fireplace.

If you head down a floor, you`ll find a private king bedroom + bathroom - perfect for the snorer in your group (or someone that likes to sleep in!) Heading up a floor, you`ll find three additional bedrooms - the primary bedroom to the left, complete with French bedroom + French balcony doors, a king bed, a wine fridge, and a private attached bathroom with soaker tub + fancy shower. Across the hall are two queen bedrooms - these share a jack & jill bathroom with double sinks.

Heading up to the top floor, you`ll find your expansive rooftop deck! With views of the city & surrounding area, you can simply relax and watch the sunset from the couch, or have a more `active` stay with various yard games like baggo/cornhole/bean bag toss (depends where you`re from!) or grill up dinner with the permanent natural gas grill. Clean up is a breeze with the wet bar!

Back down to the garage, grab a basketball & play some hoops, or charge your EV with our 220v / 40A level 2 charger.

**`Don`t trust your stay to someone far way!`**
By booking, Guest and all guests of Guest agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions, found here: https://www.hostwisestays.com/bookingagreement. We encourage our guests to read these carefully. We also require all guests to verify their identity via a valid ID + selfie, collected through our secure, third party software.

1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of your butts responsibly. A minimum $2,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of six (6) up to a maximum of fourteen (14) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

4. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to check out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.

5. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $100 in half hour increments.

6. If you have to cancel your trip past the cancellation window deadline, we will refund you any amount we are able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. We don`t believe in `double-dipping` if your nights are able to be rebooked.

7. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

8. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted, as many guests have sensitivities. A deep cleaning unauthorized pet fee of $750 will be charged if clear evidence is found.

9. Host happily invites children with the following stipulations:
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary baby proofing
- Guest must thoroughly inspect any provided child items, including but not limited to high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates, etc. Host does not & will not inspect these items for liability reasons; Guest assumes full liability for use.
