Welcome to the Splash Inn Estate! This 2 unit, 4 Bedroom vacation rental with a private HEATED pool and ample indoor/outdoor seating, is the perfect accommodation for groups looking to stay together at the beach!
This property has been thoughtfully designed and renovated to provide every amenity you will need to have a five star experience.
Guests can enjoy amenities such as the heated pool (in the cooler months of October through March), grill up some burgers and dogs for the crew and choose between two outdoor dining areas and two indoor dining areas to grub out with the gang!
In addition, there is an outdoor stall shower to rinse off after the beach--located in the pool area--before swimming in the pool. Or, many guests enjoy use for regular showers as it provides privacy, a towel hook, hot water, and the ocean breeze.
Complementary beach chairs, pool floats & towels are provided for guest use during their stay!
Additionally, screened in porches with twin size daybed swings have been custom made and installed in both levels of the 2 story porches, to promote relaxation with your friends and family! It is honestly a perfect place to read a book, take a nap, or have a night cap with your group!
The Splash Inn is located in a premiere location for guests as well. Located on Butler Avenue, four houses down from the brand new "Trailer Park Beach Party" restaurant (offering bottomless mimosa brunch, as well as a variety of tasty dinner options and cocktails), "Stingrays Seafood & Bar" and "Mi Vida" (offering smoothie bowls, coffee, fresh pastries, cold press juices, and more!) to name a few! And....the 13th Street Beach Access is directly across the street. Simply hit the crosswalk button and walk one block forward. This location is extremely convenient and desirable as guests can park their vehicles for FREE in our expansive gravel lot and walk or bike to restaurants, the beach, shops, bars, and the South End Pier and beaches.
*****Please note: This Home is two units in a duplex, including an upper and a lower unit. Each unit has separate entrances that do not connect on the inside of the home. This is the LISTING to rent the entire Splash Inn estate both the upper and lower units which accommodates 10 guests.*****
The Splash Inn Estate is a desirable vacation rental for families with children (pack n play and high chair are available on site!), couples, bachelorette parties and other groups traveling together looking for private amenities, and chic design.
Upon entering the downstairs unit, you will find an open concept living and dining area with a smart TV, books for reading, a fully stocked kitchen, and bar seating. There is a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen along with complementary coffee pods for guest use through out their stay.
Please note, there is no dishwasher in the Splash Inn lower unit but there is one upstairs for guest use.
The lower unit bathroom has been remodeled to offer tile floors and a custom tiled shower, as well as an LED light mirror and modern vanity for . There are two bedrooms in this unit. The first bedroom off of the living room includes a Full Size bed as well as a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom off the kitchen, offers a Queen sized bed.
Upstairs, guests can enjoy a second screened in porch equipped with a daybed swing and an outdoor dining table. Upon entering the unit, you will find a comfortable living area equipped with a sofa, additional lounge seating, a smart TV, and plenty of board games and books for any rainy days! The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including an electric range stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, as well as a keurig, a retro style refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Sleeping arrangements upstairs include 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds adjoined by a jack and jill bathroom leading to the second bedroom which offers a full sized bed.
There is a large, gravel parking lot directly in front of the house to provide free parking for guests. Additional parking directly in front of the unit on the street is available, however should not be necessary. The parking lot attached to the Splash Inn and can comfortably fit up to 4 vehicles.

We provide 2 bikes for complementary use during your stay as well as a bike pump for the tires. Additional bicycles can be rented at various locations on the island. The Splash Inn is located walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops so a vehicle is not required after arriving to the property. This is very convenient for those flying in from out of state. We recommend using Luke's Rides to schedule transportation to and from the airport. Breezy Taxi Service runs inexpensive transportation service on the island every day until 2am as well.
