On the third floor is the master bedroom, a split level room and boasts two king beds, offering a blissful retreat after a day of seaside adventures. With its own private deck, you can savor morning coffee or bask in the golden hues of sunset while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing against the shore.

Adjacent to the master suite, the second guest bedroom awaits, providing a cozy haven for additional guests or family members.

Important Information:

This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.

We had a great time. We had a neice getting married next door and it was great being so close. The beach was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The bonus area in the lower level was a happy surprise. Everything was as it said, plus some beach towels and sample soaps in bathroom.

Highly recommend!

We will definitely stay here again. The home was very clean, stocked well, had everything you would need to cook in the kitchen , lots of pantry space, had plenty of beach chairs and beach towels which saved us from bringing ours and if we needed anything they were quick to respond to our needs! The view was gorgeous and it was great to have it right in the back yard! This one will not disappoint!

Will book again for sure. Thank you!!! One note: the downstairs room, the one that has 2 small beds and a pull-out sofa does not have in-house access. My "kids" that stayed in that room were 16-25 years old, so it actually worked out great as they had their privacy. Would be an issue for younger kids.

Great location, gorgeous views a few hiccups.

The location of this property and the views are amazing. The beach is very private and lots of treasures to be found! The decks of the property are beautiful and provide gorgeous views of the sunrises and sunsets. This is by no means a five-star resort! You really do need to bring everything including some hand soap to wash your hands. There were many minor maintenance issues that need attention. Overall though a great place too relax and have fun with your family!

We enjoyed the house very much. The only improvement I can suggest is supplying more things. There were only 2 garbage bags. No dish soap at all. And only a couple of dishwasher detergent pods. I think for the price payed, guests should not have to buy those things.

When we arrived the property was clean and beautiful. But after a few days we noticed little droppings from some type of rodent. The leasing agent was kind enough to relocate us however we felt that the issue probably existed prior to our arrival and was not addressed properly.

Highly DO NOT Recommend - Worst Experience Ever

I reached out to Sandcastle Realty multiple times for legitimate reasons and was met with unapologetic, rude responses basically making me feel like it was our fault the place was filthy and falling apart.One guy did say he was going to work on getting me a credit and “making it right” but I have not heard back. The main propane tank ran out of gas the first time we used the stove; it and was never refilled although we were told twice it would be.Someone did let themselves into the house unannounced to deliver a two burner electric camping stove that we had to use to cook for seven people.One of the cabinet door inserts, which is glass fell out on someone’s head, giving them two goose eggs and literally skinning the bridge of their nose off.Mind you, we had two babies there, and if someone would have been holding one of them, it could’ve been disastrous.The house smelled of mold.There was a hole in the windowsill. Cockroaches were in the house every night.Rocking toilets, loose towel racks, disgusting showers/bathtub.There are stains on the carpet and furniture, and there was food stuck to the kitchen table.The rugs are rolled at the ends-trip hazard.Neither of the decks had been cleaned off, a half smoked Cuban cigar on the deck railing, and the patio furniture was in rough shape with cigarette burns all over. Worst experience ever and I have vacationed multiple times up and down the Gulf Coast.If you’re going to spend this type of money, don’t waste it on this place.

Treasure Island beach house

A wonderful location right on the beach and near everything we needed for ten days. A relatively quiet beach which was perfect for the family gatherings. The house was nice but could use a little TLC. The downstairs game room and bedroom was dark and stuffy and adjacent to the garage. It was not very comfortable. But overall it was great for our holiday and we would definitely stay there again.

Sunset Beach

The location of this house is wonderful being steps away from the beach. However the house needs major routine maintenance. The freezer in the kitchen did not work and they did not notify us of that fact even though they clearly knew about it leading to spoiled food and multiple trips to the grocery! They did contact the plumber when the toilet backed up and it was fixed the same day.

Location location location!

This location is perfect if you want to be ON the beach! Literally steps and you are there. Lots of shade near the house to get out of the hot sun. 5 restaurants within walking distance, which was nice. The house fit our party of 6 well with plenty of space. The room off the garage was a bonus, but we decided not to use it for sleeping as it was kind of humid in there. The rest of the house was great, needed a little TLC, but we were there for the beach and view! The freezer didn’t keep things frozen, but there was one in the garage, so just kept our ice in there. Nice big pantry to store the groceries. Boogie boards and noodles available for use. Wish there would have been some yard games, but still plenty to do! Perfect location! We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic Beach House

Beautiful open plan home with gorgeous sunsets. Just a stones throw from the water. Great amenities and very comfortable. Close to everything but yet feels wonderfully secluded. Can’t wait to stay again!
