Drei-Zimmer-Stadthaus mit 2 1/2 BĂ€der liegt im Portofino Community, direkt an der Delaware Weg 54. Ein Wintergarten im hinteren Teil des Hauses bietet zusĂ€tzliche PrivatsphĂ€re und ein Queen-Schlafsofa zum Schlafen. Alle Betten sind Queen-Size. Eine Waschmaschine / Trockner sind bequem auf der zweiten Ebene befindet; Reinigungsmittel sind fĂŒr Ihre Bequemlichkeit zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Loved the house location and setup. Plenty of room for the family. No issues that needed communication with the owner during our stay, and had all the info to access the home in advance. Parking was easily available, and lots of great restaurants and activities nearby.Take the notes about supplies / materials provided seriously. While linens are provided, I'd say do not expect previous renters to replenish / leave general supplies. We had to purchase toilet paper, aluminum foil, laundry detergent, and paper towels.

I rented this property for my disabled son’s assistant so she could work with my son and have a bit of a vacation. She loved this rental! It was clean, there was a pool, and it was within walking distance to our rental. Eric communicated well with us. She had the door key code in advance. I would recommend this rental.

Great unit, plenty of room, great location for us, good deal.

Our family of 6 was looking for a good place to stay, with three separate bedrooms, and at least 2.5 baths, that wasn’t astronomically priced. This unit was perfect. The bedrooms were the perfect size for my wife and I in the master bedroom, my daughter and her boyfriend in the second bedroom, and our other daughter and her friend in the 3rd bedroom. The two bathrooms with showers were good sized and well equipped, and the 3rd bathroom downstairs was confident as well. Downstairs area has a ton of room. The kitchen area is large and well equipped for cooking meals and groceries when you don’t want to go out. The dining room seats 6 comfortably with a large table and chairs. The living room area is big with plenty of room for sitting and watching tv. And there’s also a sunroom on the back, with more seating room, making the unit feel even larger. The unit was good cleanliness wise, and is kept in good condition. We only had two minor issues while we were there. One was the hot water heater was turned off at the breaker when we arrived, but we figured out how to turn it on after chatting with the host. The other issue was there was a water main issue in the sub one night, and they shut off water to the entire sub for about 8 hours overnight one evening without notice (not the hosts fault, as everyone was affected). It was a just a random fluke. Location was great for us and communication with Eric was easy/helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house near the Bay

The house was identical to the pictures on the website and it was very beachy looking. The rooms were large and having a tv in every room was a plus. The bathrooms were nice having one on each floor with 5 women (lol). The kitchen was very nice with a large pantry and stocked with all the dishes, silverware, blender, toaster oven, etc. The living room and sunroom were roomy and very comfortable along with the dining room right next to it. Very open areas and bright and clean. Loved ❀This House! Hope to rent it again this year and possibly next. Love, Lynne Beck and family.

Golf Getaway

Our stay here was excellent! I know North OC well and it was a perfect location for our Golf trip. Very convenient to everything. The home was great and exceeded our expectations. Everything was in its place, lacked for nothing. Very clean and organized! Nicely decorated! Beds were comfortable. Loved the layout of the home! Eric was a great Host! Was on top of everything. Vacation week to unwind

This was a beautiful space to unplug from the frenzy of work and give everyone the space to do what they need to be nourished. My teenaged daughters could stay in their rooms or come out to play- no pressure or crowing each other.

2nd time staying - perfect location

Eric makes sure that the house is clean and all the needed details are known in advance so when you get there.... so alls you need to do is enjoy your vacation! This is my second year and the entire process has been very enjoyable and consistent. Also, the location and setting.... cannot be beat.

I enjoy the beach and the Eastern Shore. I appreciate the slower way of life and the beauty of the wildlife. I particularly look forward to crabbing and fishing from the pier. And, of course, I take advantage of the great tax-free shopping in Rehoboth and the many restaurants and fun things to do. It's a nice place to vacation and a great place to hang out after a tough week.

I purchased this property because my family and I always felt so relaxed and energized after we rented various units. It feels like home. Living in Portofino has provided me and my family with memories of a lifetime. We have had such fun. The residents have always been friendly and helpful and it never feels crowded, except for a few days of the year.

Portofino is located in North Ocean City/Fenwick Island. The area is less congested and accessibility to activities is wonderful. The community is quiet and relaxing, yet it is just minutes from the exciting night-life and cool stuff that you can enjoy on the water. It's so hard to believe that you can be in downtown OC or Bethany Beach in 12-30 minutes. You can stay in the Portofino neighborhood and crab, fish, swim, walk to fine dining establishments or recreational centers, without experiencing the crowds. It's not just a house...it's a community.
