The property consists of two units with a shared entrance stairway. However, the entire apartment is exclusively yours, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area .
Guests have access to anything and everything inside the apartment unit .
Other things to note
➤ All guest must provide ID.
➤ Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables after the initial supply is depleted.
➤ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
➤ Please acquaint yourselves with the house rules for further details.
➤ Security Camera: We have one doorbell camera facing the entrance. This camera is on and recording video & audio of all events and motions 24/7 for the security of the property & our guests.
➤Noise Monitoring Device: A noise monitoring device is present inside the unit. This device does not record any audio or video but monitors the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment.
➤ No-Party Policy: The house has a strict no-party policy. Adherence to this policy is a requirement for all guests to maintain a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone.
➤ No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home or on the carpet.
➤ Guest are expected to use their own Netflix account. In case of any purchase of Spectrum channels or add on's - you will be billed the amount.
➤ Any violations of the rules would cause fines of up to 500$ per night.
