The space
Our beautiful home in Clermont, Florida, (lakeside access is just within a couple minutes walk) is more than just a place to live—it's a retreat where modern design meets nature's beauty. Fully remodeled, every corner of the house reflects thoughtful craftsmanship, with contemporary finishes that make each space feel fresh and welcoming and featuring a large heated pool and spa. Perfect for relaxation and entertainment, the pool area is an ideal spot to unwind, swim, or soak in the spa while enjoying the surrounding views. This luxurious outdoor space ensures year-round comfort, providing a serene escape.

The heart of the home is the large kitchen, complete with a sprawling island perfect for gatherings, cooking, or simply enjoying a quiet breakfast with a view. The open layout allows the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the living areas, making it the ideal spot for both entertaining guests and spending time with family.

Step outside, and you’re greeted by the peaceful sight of horses grazing in the neighboring field. The yard offers this picturesque view, connecting the modern comforts of the home with the timeless serenity of nature.

This is where we find a balance between luxury and tranquility, a place where nature, elegance, and comfort come together to create something truly special.

Guest access
You are welcome to enjoy full access to the entire property via keyless entry, including all indoor and outdoor areas. The only exceptions are a few cabinets in the garage, which are locked and used to store cleaning supplies. Other than that, the space is yours to relax and make the most of during your stay.

Additional Rules/Info
- SMOKING/ VAPING: Smoking and vaping is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the house. This includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed in the back yard with the door closed. Cigarette butts must be picked up; if we find any cigarette butts on the premises, we will charge you a $50 cleaning fee. NO WEED smoking allowed!

- Pool will be heated upon request for an additional charge of $25 per day. Please let us know if you would like to use that option.

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties, or large gatherings, and violations of this will result in a fine of $300

- Must be at least 25 years old to book.

- If you move the furniture, please put it back the way you found it; everything is in its place by design and your comfort; hauling displaced furniture after your stay will be charged to you at $30.

-Damages to the property or additional cleaning due to excessive mess are subject to charges. PLEASE DO NOT sit in wet clothes or swimsuits on the beds or any furniture. This will damage the sheets, mattress protectors and the cover of couches, and the repair/replacement costs will be passed on to you. Dry off in the pool area before entering the house.

- PLEASE DO NOT leave any trash around the house or on the furniture; there are trash cans in each bathroom, kitchen, and the big garbage cams outside by the garage. If you use the oven and there are any food spills - please wipe them off right away; cleaning/scrubbing hardened food grease will cost you additional $25.

- LIABILITY and RISK: The owners are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. By accepting this reservation, all guests acknowledge and agree that they assume the risk of any harm, including injury or death, that may result from their use of the premises. Please exercise caution and be mindful of your surroundings to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. If you travel with children, PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN IN THE POOL - it is very easy for a child to drown. Have fun in the water, but be safe!
