The space
Welcome to the Mediterranean Mansion in Lakeside, your premium choice for group bookings.

Not only is the Mediterranean Mansion stylish and comfortable, but it's location is also ideal for those wanting to enjoy the country and quick access to the lakes but still have all of the benefits of the city. The perfect choice for a unique stay, this group-friendly rental is equipped with a private pool and hot tub, providing the ideal setting for relaxation and entertainment.

As you enter, you are greeted by a grand entry with hand-crafted art dome and 12-ft chandelier. The entire home is centered around the living area, so even though its a grand size, every room has easy access to the heart of the home. The great room boast designer but comfortable seating and within view of the dining and kitchen areas. The entire room is encased in glass doors which can be completely opened for guest engagement both in and outside the home.

The well-equipped kitchen features a large peninsula with counter seating for 4. The chef in your group won't be disappointed as everything you'll need to prepare a delicious meal is readily available including an 8 burner propane gas stove with double oven, mixer, air fryer, etc.

The coffee/wine bar offers both single serve coffee pods or a large pot of coffee so be sure to bring your favorite roast.

Oversized private office allows you to work while enjoy a mini-vacation if necessary, or just get away to take a private call. There is a "mini-laundromat" in the home with two washers and two dryers in addition to a sink washing station.

BEDROOMS
The Primary bedroom takes you to Greek ambiance that is Santorini. It features a brand new king-sized bed, seating, private courtyard and smart access with sounds machines, room darkening curtains and personal air-purifying fans. The extra large ensuite bathroom is equipped with a garden tub as well as a double shower and vanity, bidet and make up station.

2nd Bedroom is a book lovers dream, with twin beds and beautiful views of the backyard with private courtyard.

3rd Bedroom is a deep moody cave with moonlit ambiance at all times of the day and includes a queen size plush memory foam bed and seating. Room is lit up with LEDs 360 degrees.

Bedroom 2 & 3 are connected via a jack and jill bath with walk in shower feature waterfall shower head.

4th Bedroom is a Boho relaxing retreat with a queen size plush memory foam bed and twin trundle.

It connects to Bedroom 5 via another Jack-n-Jill bathroom with tub.

Bedroom 5 is a luxuriously airy oasis with brand new full size memory foam bed.

Bedroom 6 can be found upstairs and is a private retreat with 32" Samsung Frame TV, quiet and away from all other rooms, its a relaxing stay with quick access to its own private coffee station and microwave.

The Media Room features ping-pong, skee ball, 4-player arcade console with over 600 games, 75" TV, fully reclining loungers. It over looks the great room and leads off to the upstairs balcony. A queen air-mattress is available for use upstairs.

Before we go outside, you will also note, a work-out room equipped with Tonal so you don't have to miss on any of your specific training requirements.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Slowly walk out into the brand new pool from the spacious patio offering a large tanning ledge and 4 - 8 foot depths for those diving lovers. Relaxing jet hot-tub is available year-round and has space enough for 8. Turf surrounding pool ensures green grass throughout the year. Afterwards, dry yourself off next to the firepit stocked with wood year round.

Sports lovers can play soccer or disc golf, or just zip through the mini zipline. Additionally the neighborhood boasts walking and horse trails that start from our property and follow along creeks. There is plenty to do outside!

- Primary Bedroom: 1 King Sized memory foam bed with ensuite bath w/ 2 vanities
- 2nd Bedroom: 2 Twin Sized memory foam beds
- 3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen Sized memory foam bed
- 4th Bedroom: 1 Queen Sized and 1 Twin Trundle memory foam bed
- 5th Bedroom: 1 Full Sized memory foam bed
- 6th Bedroom: 1 Queen Sized memory foam bed
- Media/Game room: 1 Queen Sized self-inflating air mattress

Other things to note
The Lakeside Mediterranean Mansion is out in the country, where its quiet and peaceful. You will see a night full of stars and find deer grazing across the land... as well as other insects and creatures. We do pest-treat the home, but when you go outdoors you will run into nature ;) Furthermore, home is not a baby/toddler-friendly (0-4yr) home. No baby-proofing done and lots of potentially unsafe features; requires adult supervision at all times.

All rooms are equipped with Alexa devices and can be used to communicate to each other based on the room name. Labeled in each room.
