When you’re ready to take things up a notch, head on over to downtown Lake Geneva for eclectic dining, shopping, and entertainment possibilities, while the larger Geneva Lake is waiting to host all your boating and watersport adventures whether taking a leisurely sunset tour of the lake or renting your own vessel to explore the shores yourself. The home’s newly remodeled, immaculate interior is a welcome retreat after days spent exploring, where open spaces promote relaxation and connection amid contemporary furnishings and elegant décor. Find your peace in the living room while you recline back on plush sofa and armchair seating, streaming a movie or your favorite shows on the large, mounted smart TV. The stylish kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Grab a high-top stool at the counter to enjoy a delicious spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres, while the dining table with seating for 6 can host more formal meals. The basement game room is an entertainment haven, offering an air hockey/foosball table combo, electronic game table, second living area, 2 TVs, and a children’s area stocked with books and games for hours of fun. The spacious outdoor deck is the perfect place to take your fresh cup of morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail, listening to the sounds of the natural creek while you allow the last of your cares to slip away.

This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, work desk with chair, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a full size bed, twin size bed, and twin trundle, along with a smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and garage parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• 3 parking passes will be provided for guests to use the amenities of the association on Lake Shore Drive.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Amenities include:
Private park & basketball court, 1st beach located across from "In the Drink" (restaurant - W3860 Lake Shore Dr.) has two volleyball courts, a playground, 2nd beach located across from "Papa's Blue Spruce (restaurant - W4086 Lake Shore Dr.)" has a covered bridge, 3rd beach by the public boat launch/bathrooms, and another playground. Along the 1.3 miles of lakefront property there are swings, benches, picnic tables.

Local beaches include Riviera Beach, Big Foot Beach State Park, with trails and picnic areas. You’ll be sure to catch sight of a sailboat or antique vessel as they drive by across the pristine waters.
