Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Check out time is 11am. If the guest over stays with out proper notice with the host there will be a $100 late check out fee added.

Pets. Hosts need to know about all pets on the property. If the Host finds out that pets are present with out notice or paid pet fee there will be a $250 cleaning fee added to the booking at checkout.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Rustic Hive! It’s the perfect blend of Wyoming charm and cozy comfort. Every detail felt intentional—from the décor to the hospitality. A peaceful, well-designed space that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice home in a good location. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. Had everything we needed for great stay. This was our 3rd stay in less than a year. Management, especially Tony was so nice and helpful, very responsive, answered any questions immediately. Home very clean. Rustic Hive will be our go to place to stay when we are in Casper. Recommend highly.

Great to stay with you again this year. We so appreciate you allowing our pets to come and we take extra care to clean up after them. The wind wasn't our friend this year so we weren't able to leave them in the yard while we were at the event but it all worked out. They are bid babies and loved going with us anyway. Just a long day to be confined in the truck. But we can't control the wind. The house was clean and ready for us. We couldn't figure out the dishwasher until the last minute so I apologize for leaving them in the dishwasher. This was just great for us. Thank you.
