Wear and tear:
Our customer satisfaction is #1 priority, please understand , this property is not a primary residence and the guests should not expect to stay in a brand new home or brand new amenities.
The wear and tear Is high due to the number of guests, back to back reservations and the limited time between reservations.
Cleaning:
The cleaning is done by a professional cleaning company.
If they missed something we will be happy to send them over to fix that.
Service calls and mechanical breakdown:
Non emergency service call will be provided by our maintenance
Between 10am-6pm.
Emergency service call such as leaks, HVAC, flood and fire will have the first priority and will be provided by a 3rd party service provider, based on their schedule and availability.
We cannot guarantee a fast repair specifically when it comes to HVAC issues or major appliances.
Although we will do our best to provide the fastest solution as soon as possible.
Parties/loud music
No parties allowed, no smoking inside the property is allowed
Any violations will result cancellation and removal from the property without refund.
Refund/compensation/discount and reimbursement:
At no point , before, during or after your stay is over we will not provide a refund, compensation, discount or reimbursement for cleaning issues, mechanical breakdown , wear and tear, or noises.
