Billy was a great tenant

Carrie was a very amazing guest. She didn’t ask for much but was very friendly and quite but most of all very clean and left the place spotless. I would recommend her as a guest to anyone.

Jessica and her Lovely Family were Great and very enjoyable to be around. I would recommend them as guest to anybody.

I definitely do not recommend Mary she was nagging before she even got there. First off I don’t even mention my tool shed in the description? We do have three restaurants very close by , and then all have bars as most do. I know and describe that description so that should’ve been of no surprise to you. I also don’t see anything with that having to do with a quiet stay. Very convenient and you cannot see or hear any of them from the location. All the furnishings I have Are less than 4 years with a brand new fridge and always new linens. we have zero issues of mold, so thanks for the malicious accusations. I’m not sure where You can book something up for months ahead, and cancel for no reason. Any homeowner that has Mary as a potential guest I would recommend steering clear of booking anything with her. Sorry I’m not gonna refund all your money because you threaten to leave a bad review and rude on top of it. I’m very accommodating and understanding. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. I usually try to make everybody happy but some are just impossible. Any questions just ask , Thanks Mark

Robyn and her husband were great guest they return the place clean and enjoyed the lake. I would recommend them as guests.

Judith and her sister were perfect guest they left the place the way they found it and were very pleasant. I recommend them as guest.

This is Laughable!! As I gave you the first night free you came in on 3 hours notice and also stayed another 2 Days. He found that his relatives were to far of a drive and apparently wanted to try to get a full refund after he stayed with no complaints and then left a few days in. Never once had a complaint to my face or a call to fix anything or talk about anything. I'm very accommodating. This is very malicious and lies I do not live next door, if I did who cares how is that creepy? I own more condos/Apt next door on the lake that we also rent out, that have in fact been in business for 20+ years. So we have zero cockroaches, he may have seen a spider and had his wife get it, haha sure it is a lake house so they are present in the summer months but nothing that scary. Never did I enter the premise during the stay period. The Linens, Blankets and Pillows are all brand new. I make sure they are freshly cleaned. I Also buy brand new Bed sets every month. The Lawn was perfectly fine, I have neighbors that are also meticulous and so I keep up with the Jones. This is a lake house just on the edge of what some call the country. We don't have TruGreen Chemical lawns and we don't have City water that is treated with Chlorine and Fluoride. We have natural lawns and water that is chemical free. Yes it may have a scent its called iron its good for you.So if that kind thing bothers you go take your new Fancy Jetskis to the 5 Star Hotel parking lot in Auburn Hills. They didn't even go outside maybe because it was a little overcast. I feel sorry for someone like this. Your on Vacation & Lake Time Relax Beach. He seem more worried about the toilet scrubbed used than to get out on the lake and enjoying it with his family. I cant imagine anyone having fun with you. It was a real treat that you were unsociable and rude. The follow up of lies after is also great. Well Karma is a Beach and that tide always comes back around my friend.. Please if anyone has any questions just ask and take a look at the pictures please, I built the coffee table and TV stand from pallets. that is the style It is a Beach House not a five star. I can send more pics if you ask.. If you would like to come and have a fun vacation you are more than welcome. I also rent kayaks and a boat if needed but only by request. Cheers I will leave a beer in the fridge for you. If you don't drink that's also fine, more for the next happy campers. Thanks Mark
