• This home must follow Sonoma County’s vacation rental rules, which include restrictions on noise and sound.

!! Reminder: Gatherings that exceed the permitted guest limits or create elevated noise levels are not allowed under county regulations. Please be mindful of quiet hours and respectful of our neighbors—thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud outdoor activity during this time.

• Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Please note that street parking is not available and strictly prohibited.

Under no circumstances should vehicles be parked on the grass or lawn, as this area has the sprinklers and the septic tank. Driving over those can cause significant damage, and repairs would be extremely costly.

• We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 overnight guests (ages 3 and above) and allow up to 4 additional daytime visitors, for a total of 10 people on the property. Daytime visitors are welcome between 9 AM and 9 PM.

• Fire Safety: The indoor fireplace has been decommissioned due to fire danger and air quality regulations.

!! We work with a private security company that can be dispatched if we receive reports of excessive noise or parking violations.
