Welcome to The Bluebonnet Cottage, a cozy retreat in the heart of San Marcos. This charming cottage is located on the first floor with its own private entrance, offering a peaceful escape while being just a 15-minute walk from grocery stores, shops, and restaurants.

Features:

• First Floor Private Entrance: Enjoy your own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. A private entrance leads to the screened natatorium, giving you easy access to the indoor pool room.
• Pool & Hot Tub: Take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub, located in a screened-in building. The pool is not heated, but the hot tub can be warmed during pool hours. Please note that the pool area is shared with other guests, and outside visitors are not permitted.
