Patios on the ground and second floor are equipped with ample seating and dining options whether you’re looking to take a meal al fresco or simply bathe in the sun or shade while catching up on your reading. When you’re ready to head down to the sand, you are just one mile away from the beach, making trips back and forth as breezy as the ocean air.



Inside the home, a bright, open floor plan provides unlimited opportunities for you and your guests to find your own private corner to unwind, yet blend seamlessly with spaces to gather and stay connected. Two separate living spaces offer plentiful sofa and armchair seating surrounding smart TVs for an immersive movie night or perhaps a quiet afternoon nap. The generous, well-equipped kitchen is bordered by two separate dining rooms should you choose to take your meals indoors. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedrooms #1 and #2 both include a queen size bed. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom which features a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and private access to the patio.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower, as well as a half bathroom.
