Cute 2 bedroom condo close to beach New rental!

Welcome to Ocean Village Club! This community offers multiple heated and unheated pools, private beach access, tennis courts and more. The condo itself is new to the rental market, offering one bedroom and one bathroom, washer/dryer in the unit, WiFi, screened balcony, cable TV, and easy access to beaches, dining, and the historic district.

This is a 3rd floor condo, accessed by elevator.

Take a short drive or walk to the beach (drive-on if you have 4wd). Walk to drive to all kinds of dining, from casual to fine, right around the corner. Take a short drive to the center of Saint Augustines historic district and take a tour of the Castillo de San Marcos, The Alligator Farm, Ripleys Believe it or Not, St. George Street, and so much more! The farmers market at the Ampitheater is a wonderful way to spend your Saturday morning as well!

Feel free to inquire about our discounted stays for Snowbirds during the winter months as well.

Small dogs welcome with approval and an additional pet cleaning fee.

Spring break 25

We loved the location of the unit. It was pet friendly and this was a big plus. The bathroom sink was plugged but our VBRO host came and fixed. The dishwasher did not work but that was not a deal breaker. We will be back.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect—just a 15-minute drive to St. Augustine and with direct beach access to beautiful Butler Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property itself was well-maintained with great amenities like tennis courts, shuffleboard, and multiple pools to enjoy.The beach access was a huge plus, and we loved the convenient spray-off hoses for cleaning up after a day in the sand. Everyone we encountered on the property was friendly and welcoming. We were also able to bring our dog along, and she had a great time too!Derrick was fantastic with communication—quick to respond and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and we loved it so much we ended up staying an extra day. Highly recommend this place!

Newly Remodeled, Great Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Ocean Village Club for the past 15 years. Usually, we stay in one of the four buildings near the beach, but the OVC management gave us a hard time about bringing our 10 week old puppies, so I tried VRBO. I also read the Condo Association documents and found that owners are permitted no more than two pets. I understand that some owners would be unwilling to allow two. When I made my VRBO reservation, I asked about this and no objection was raised.The unit has new flooring and carpets. The kitchen was completely remodeled. Of all of the kitchens in OVC, this one was the best equipped and that made it easy to host my family members that were staying in several other units. The only problem with the utensils was there was no cork screw. I picked one up at ABC and left it for the next tenant.The building is one of the few with an elevator - and when hauling gear from the beach, an elevator is a good thing to have. The building is directly across from the OVC office, so it is a bit of a hike to the beach.There was considerable availability in the building, so parking was no problem at all.During our stay, all of the palm trees were trimmed. This required that I move one of my cars (we drove two). We just happened to walk outside while they were doing the trimming and I'm sure they would have dropped the branches on my car had I not moved it. The onsite management should have done a better job identifying the owner of the vehicle. My parking pass was clearly displayed and it showed which company I rented from. The trimming gave me the opportunity to meet Dr. Syd who lives on the first floor...very nice guy with a 2002 C5.As I noted, the furnishings were very nice. The master bed was comfortable. The master bath was freshly remodeled with new tile and a new vanity.One glitch with the kitchen was the Keurig machine. It errored often due to needle maintenance. I found a paperclip to clean the n
