Centrally located in the Potter Highlands Historic District, our home is walkable to just about everything the Highlands neighborhood has to offer. We believe we have one of the best outside experiences in the city. When you are inside…you are comfortably situated in a spacious urban oasis.

The best of both worlds is what we love about Potter Place. If you are visiting Denver for work or pleasure - we offer you a perfect spot to rest and play in the heart of the Queen City on the Plains.

Discover this superb 3-bedroom gem in Denver. This enchanting house features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a cozy stay. Potter Highlands, one of Denver’s original neighborhoods, is located just outside of Downtown Denver. Enjoy an abundance of live sporting and concert events with easy access to Empower Field at Mile High, Ball Arena, Coors Field, The Mission Ballroom, Ogden Theatre, Bluebird Theatre, Red Rocks Amphitheater and many more.

If the great outdoors is your thing, then explore the Front Range Foothills with a reasonable drive to Golden, Morrison, Boulder and only an hour from many ski resorts. Local resorts include: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek. The Denver Convention Center is located less than 10 minutes from the home and we are less than 20 minutes to all the major trauma centers in the Metro Area. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Northside Oasis in the heart of the Potter Highlands Historic District, and I can't recommend it highly enough! This property truly lives up to its name as an urban oasis, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spaciousness and inviting atmosphere of this charming 3-bedroom gem. The layout is perfect for families or groups, featuring a luxurious king bed and two cozy queen beds, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable place to rest. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-appointed kitchen and espresso machine. We also loved that the community vibe encourages exploration, with plenty of walkable shops and restaurants nearby, including the fantastic Locavor, Cart Driver and Linger. We especially appreciated the indulgence of the steam shower – a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing!Communication with the hosts was seamless.Whether you're visiting Denver for work or pleasure, Northside Oasis is the ideal home.
