The home was exactly what the website showed it to be and more. The rooms are very comfortable all with a TV in each. The bathrooms are very amble and met our needs. The view in the back of the house with the pool was amazing. Very picturesque! Game room had a regulation size pool table as well as an indoor basketball setup. Kitchen was well supplied with the necessary cookware and utensils. Chris, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive with any requests I asked for. He checked in on me when we first arrived to make sure I was acquanted with all the amenities of the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Tom C.

This house was an amazing get-away from the cold northern Winter. It had it all. Convenience to all things on Marco Island, beautiful canal views, private heated pool, patio fire pit, fun game room with billiards/bball pop-a-shot/media room, plenty of space for family to spread out, and comfortable beds, etc. What else could you ask for?!?The host Chris was extremely responsive with any questions we had.4 nights was a perfect getaway length for us, but if we come back to Marco, we would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and Scenic Getaway

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property with stunning views. We even saw a family of manatees in the canal, which was a memorable highlight. The host was very communicative, friendly, and attentive, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

The house was fantastic and the host was superb! Everything was just as described. The host was easy to reach and gave us all the information we needed before we got there. Definitely rent this property! It's worth it! We had the best time!

Great home layout for a large family and good location, however the kitchen has very slim offerings for the size of the house and the number of people it can accommodate.Overall cleanliness was average. Towels had a couple stains and an odor. Most of us did not use the towels. Beds were good and firm. Chris, host and owner, was extremely receptive and always responded to my messages or inquiries immediately. I would stay at this property again, I’d just expect to have more kitchen accessories (especially if I were staying for weeks and planned to cook). I would also expect to have cleaner, fresher linens.

Mini family vacation

We have the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for 5 days. While the weather did not want to cooperate, the house did not disappoint. The home is beautiful and very very comfortable to stay in. The location is ideal and the area is very well maintained. My adult children and 2 little grandchildren had a great time also.If we head down there again, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Very accommodating

This place was amazing! Not only the view but it really felt like home away from home. (Maybe even better than my own home lol) would definitely stay here again any time we visit! All of our group was able stay and sleep comfortable. Chris was also very communicative and friendly.

Beautiful and Fun Stay

This home had it all! 3 levels of living, a gorgeous pool, fun game room, more giant TVs than we have ever seen, and a great deck off the main floor. We watched herons, dolphins, and even saw a shark, an alligator, and a burrowing owl! Chris (the host) was super responsive when we needed anything (we learned that his pool app came in handy!). Our only disappointment - the dishwasher was not working, but he had given us a heads up so we purchased paper plates and bowls, instead of washing dishes. The lack of dishwasher did not damper our trip in any way.We hoped to rebook for April but his gorgeous home is already reserved. Book this one - it’s perfect!!

To all future guests. We are very diligent about communication and making sure your stay is awesome! The pool company and cleaners come weekly on Thursdays. The guest arrived on a Monday and there were 5 leaves in the pool. We requested the pool company to come out and remove the 5 leaves for them. Our check-in details clearly state that guests are responsible for propane tanks. Although it was guest responsibility, we paid for their replacement propane tank. We want guests to know that we are guest first in our approach and want each guest to have a great stay.
