This 5-star newly upgraded unit has a spectacular floor plan with a Gulf-front balcony. Sea-inspired furnishings, stainless steel appliances, featuring 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Get ready for all the comforts of home but with the ultimate beach experience. Shores of Panama has a heated indoor pool as well as a stunning 14,000 sq. ft. Gulf-front lagoon-style pool with Tiki bar, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, a full spa, fitness center, and on-site food and beverage service. There is a coffee shop located on the property, and you’ll be just steps away from the Famous Pineapple Willy’s Restaurant.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
2 King Suites plus a Bunk Room. All 3 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Amazing gulf views from kitchen, dining, living room and spacious balcony. Unit has an assigned parking spot on the 8th floor-walk from your car to your condo without the use of an elevator.

Parking:
Parking passes and amenity packets (including your RFID wristbands) must be purchased through an online preregistration process, We will share a specific link for your unit reservation. Fees at Shores of Panama (which include resort fee, amenity bands and parking permits) range from $75 to $115, depending up the size of the rental unit. Please note that taxes and fees are subject to change.
Those who register online will still need to pick up their packet from the concierge upon arrival. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay.
Upon your initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico (main building) entrance.
The garage height is less than seven feet. If your car is at least 6 feet, 11 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only. We have motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes.
Locate your reserved parking space, labeled 819 (on the 8th floor of the parking structure). If another car is parked in your reserved parking space, park in any space marked yellow and contact Property Patrol in the portico.
Once you park, you may go directly to the room, as you do not have to check in at the front desk. Your parking pass should be in your condo (unless you booked at the last minute).
