We really enjoyed our stay with friends! So cozy and comfy. Our friends wouldn’t stop raving about how nice the place was. Perfect balance of a classic cabin and modern feel. Also a very convenient area near stores and restaurants. We loved all of the available kitchen tools and so many towels in the bathrooms! Check in was very easy. Stay here! You won’t regret it :)

The Cabernet Cabin was a great home base for our girls weekend to Guerneville. Super close to town, nice quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily return!

The Cabernet Cabin was everything my family and I expected. If you’re familiar with the Russian River area it fits perfectly with its style and comfort level. If you’re not, just know that though it may seem small it’s very on par with other places. It’s also fully equipped with everything you need. The lighting is great with the numerous sky lights. I’ll also say it was one of the most comfortable sleeps I’ve ever had. With great hosts, Jordan and Jennifer, I highly recommend the Cabernet Cabin!

Everything was excellent. Great kitchen with everything you need, including sharp knives and several cast-iron pans! Loved having a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Hot tub was great to have and easy to use. A ton of towels, bathroom supplies, and toiletries were available. There is central heating, which we really appreciated, even though the description doesn't say that. Lots of streaming channels, puzzles, games, and books to enjoy. Lighting could be a bit brighter in some of the rooms, but it was great to have some sky lights and lots of windows. And the huge dining room with comfy chairs was excellent. Easy to walk to the river where there's a very private little beach. Though it's not far, it wasn't as easy to walk to downtown Guerneville because there really isn't a pedestrian path along the windy roads. Note that midday, when the sun is out, the trees growing right against the house do cause a lot of creaking noises in one corner of the cabin. Freaked me out the first day and was a bit disorienting. LOL! But Jordan was very patient with me and responded to all my questions and concerns. Definitely a great stay, excellent hosts, and a wonderful place to make your home for a few days.

Perfect home for a family getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at this charming home! The size was just perfect for our family—perfect, cozy, and very comfortable. The common area was spacious enough for all of us to hang out together, whether we were cooking meals, playing games, or just relaxing. It had a great flow, making it easy for everyone to enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped. The location was fantastic—close enough to downtown Guerneville for an easy drive to shops, restaurants, and the Russian River, but far enough out that we could enjoy peace and quiet when we returned to the house. It struck the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub! We spent a rainy morning soaking in the hot tub with a cup of coffee, which was a wonderful way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The host was great—very responsive. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this home was exactly what we needed for our getaway, and we'd definitely stay here again!
