Two extra bedrooms with one queen bed and the other with bunk beds. Small office station in one of the bedrooms overlooking the pool and golf course.

Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Access to the entire house and guest house. (Guest house use has an additional cleaning fee of $100) No access to garage or locked closets and storage room.

Pool can be heated for an extra fee based on the time of year. This can range from $50-100 a day to heat.

For guests wanting or needing to use the guest house and 4th bed there is an additional cleaning fee of $100.
If guests decide to use the guest house there would be an additional $100.00 cleaning fee for the stay.

Pool can be heated in the winter months ranging from $50-$100 per day and must be added to the entire stay.
