Less than 2 miles from Kyle Field, the 50 Yard Line is close to all landmarks in Aggieland. A quiet, clean & newly renovated condo owned by an Aggie family with 3 daughters at A&M, this "home away from home" is created with intentness to detail, attention to amenities & a flair for the Aggie tradition.
The space
The 50 Yard Line has a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, television, walk-in closet and a bath with a separate toilet and walk-in shower. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and big screen television. The fully-stocked kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee bar. With its own washer and dryer, guests do not have to leave the condo to do laundry. A small, attached patio provides plenty of light and accessibility to the outdoors. In addition, guests have full access to a large pool which has an attached dog park (you can swim while your dog plays) and lovely walking paths you can enjoy with your dog or human companion.
