We came just for the weekend for a family event. The house is perfect! Great kitchen and comfortable beds all appears to be newly redone. It was only a few mintes to the beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect in this house. From the host, to the area, cleanliness, to the wonderful comfortable beds, to the friendly neighbors. I would highly recommend. Neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you Kristin for all your help when I had to dodge snow storms and got down a day early. Will definitely stay again.

The house itself is clean with updated amenities. The location isn’t in the nicest neighborhood, but we easily overlooked that as we weren’t there to spend time in the neighborhood. My only two complaints with our stay is that the living room furniture is very uncomfortable, and there is very little water pressure in the master bathroom shower.

We understand that neighborhood preferences can be subjective, and we appreciate your perspective. We also appreciate you bringing the living room furniture comfort and the master bathroom shower water pressure to our attention. Guest feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we will certainly review both concerns as we continue updating and maintaining the property. We’ve already replaced the shower head to address the water pressure and we’ll look for additional soft pillows. The back alley can appear to be intimidating late at night, however, we do have a strong relationship with the local Police Dept on keeping an eye out for everyone’s safety. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
