For clarity, both the dishwasher and washing machine were inspected before and after your stay and confirmed to be working properly. We understand they can sometimes be tricky to operate and would have been happy to walk you through them. The “holes in the wall” you mentioned were from a towel holder in the bathroom that had come loose; while we had already reinstalled it securely, the three small holes from the original placement had not yet been covered, and we apologize for that oversight. Similarly, the curtains were not falling off, though one panel had slipped from its track, which has been corrected. As the unit is on the 8th floor, we’ve never had reports of ants before, but we take any pest concern seriously and would have addressed it immediately if given the opportunity. We do apologize that the unit was not up to standard cleanliness upon your arrival. We immediately offered to send our cleaning team back, but this offer was declined. Regarding communication, we responded to all messages and calls, though some of your texts were sent after hours to a line we don’t monitor outside business hours; we advised you to call us directly for urgent matters, which is our standard protocol. While not everything raised was reflective of the unit’s actual condition, we appreciate your input and have used it to make improvements.
