The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The area seemed okay and not too far from Stockyards (15min). But hinges on door were damaged making door difficult to shut. Shower floor looked dirty but ultimately was just stained. So I’d say the place is “well worn” but comfortable. Bed was clean and comfortable. It’s worth the price for the location.

Everything was great. The listing stated there was a 75 pet fee, but when Ingot there it was 150. However, they agreed to honor the listing. It was very clean, hosts were friendly, it a was quiet and pleasant stay.

Vrbo price was 32% more than walk in/advertised price. Did not know the name of the hotel prior to booking. It’s definitely bare bones but very clean and newer. Staff was accommodating and friendly. No breakfast. Elevator was out for our three night stay. Staff moved us from third floor to second. Difficult for 60 year old to go up and down stairs. Neighborhood was a little iffy and there were many people lingering around. Economical stay

Jazz on the Trinity Fort Worth

My husband and I stayed here for the annual Jazz on the Trinity,the location was less than 10mins away so the location was perfect. The ladies at the front desk were the nicest ever.We travel often and wish they could teach classes for others on hospitality. The price was right and the room was clean just as mentioned in the ad. Will stay again if needed to be in this area.

Room with problems

Overall the stay was okay, just frustrating how a lot of stuff in the room wasn't working and hand soap wasn't in the room and the door was hard to open because it wasn't aligned right. Could have been better if the room was made unavailable until the door was fixed.

Most Affordable Accomodations!

Last minute reservation/accommodations worked. We flew in for a conference at the last minute and found the affordable Sonesta. Customer Service was as good as any. The hotel and room, itself is was descent. I recently stayed at the Westin, a dog-friendly place like the Sonesta, and it had a pet urine smell locked into the carpet. Surprisingly Sonesta is pet friendly, too and no stink. The towels in our room were questionable on being laundered fresh. They were weakly folded like the prev guest tried to re-fold them after maybe using them as hand drying towels. The front desk clerks were happy to give us fresher towels when we notified them. There was plenty of parking, working elevators, working fitness room and free washers and dryers. Honestly, it smelled like fresh linens in the dryer every time we approached the front desk. We prefer more “ posh” in our hotel accommodations, but for the price, our stay was just fine.

The staff was really sweet, friendly, and professional. The hotel itself and the room was very clean and well stocked. The elevator wasn’t working when we came and our room was on a higher floor, so we were accommodated for the inconvenience.
