I want to gatekeep this one sooo bad. There is not one bad thing about this property. Went early to mid September. Perfect weather. Property is perfect. Staff is perfect. Location is perfect. Amenities are perfect. Private chef dinner by Catering Costa was great. Get the guacamole, pico de gallo, and pina colada packages from Pangas. The pictures and listing doesn't even show how amazing this property is or mention the sheer number of amenities it offers. It's amazing.

It is, without question, a five-star experience from start to finish.The home itself is breathtaking. At just two years old, this magnificent six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath masterpiece is impeccably modern and thoughtfully appointed in every detail. Every single bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom — a game changer when traveling with a large group — and the entire space feels fresh, luxurious, and meticulously maintained. The pool, pizza oven and barbecue area were an absolute highlight, serving as the heart of the home where we gathered, laughed, cooked, and made memories that will last a lifetime. We enjoyed three incredible dinners that we prepared at the house, and every meal felt like a celebration.Speaking of meals — we have to talk about Jani. We just returned from an incredible 5-night stay at this stunning villa in Tamarindo with 11 friends and family members, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. The home itself is breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was truly unmatched.From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The host, house mom, and owner were all incredibly helpful and accommodating. We booked all of our day trips through them, which made everything seamless and stress-free. Our group enjoyed round-trip transportation from LIB, golf cart rentals, group surf lessons, yacht day, horseback riding, an ATV/ziplining adventure, a dance lesson, and even a private chef dinner at the house. Every single experience was 5-star.The villa is perfectly located—close to everything yet peaceful and secure. It had all the essentials we needed and more. I especially appreciated how safe and well-maintained everything was, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment.I honestly can't say enough great things about this property. I will absolutely be booking this rental—or others from this company—again in the future. If you're considering a trip to Tamarindo, look no further. This place is a dream!
