1. Sedona is considered a dark sky community to ensure the natural presence of this unique area and to increase the capabilities of astronomical viewing pleasure. Because of this, there are no outdoor lights permitted after 9 PM.

2. Please observe the strict quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.

3. Please enjoy riding bikes and scooters through the city, but please do not bring them into the home. You may use the side gate to access the backyard to store your bikes, etc. There is also a garden hose in the backyard for your convenience to rinse mud and dirt off if needed.
