The back patio offers a screened in porch with TV, fireplace and dining area plus a BBQ grill perfect for grilling burgers or juicy steaks for all to enjoy.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home and outdoor area.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles in the large driveway. There is also a paved path down to the boat ramp that sits on the property.

✹ Wi-Fi/INTERNET: We offer free, high-speed internet on the property.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack & Play/travel crib and a high chair.

✹ PETS: A maximum of two dogs that are under 50 lbs. each are allowed with a $200 one-time pet fee. This is a pet-friendly property, so please do not book if someone in your group has a pet allergy. No wet dogs will be allowed inside the home (dog towels are provided).

✹ WATERCRAFT: We have a (3) one-person kayaks, (1) two-person canoe and (1) stand-up paddle board available guest use. We also have of water toys and life jackets of various sizes from adult to small child.

✹ BOAT RAMP/LAUNCH: One of the amazing features of this property is the private boat ramp, which makes is super convenient to bring your boat and place it into the water! We also have a very large driveway to accommodate vehicles towing boats.

✹ DOCK: Our private dock is excellent for those that love the water! We have (2) seating areas, one with TV and refrigerator to keep beverages cool. For boaters, we do want to make sure you know ahead of time that:
(a) The dock has cleats to tie your boat.
(b) The water is deep and can vary based on the lake water level.
(c) There isn't any electricity on the dock and the boat lift is not accessible.
(d) The jet ski parked by the dock is not for guest use.

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.

✹ ID VERIFICATION: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

✹ REDUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: If the guest cancels the booking and is entitled to a refund, the refund will be reduced by 4% of the original booking price as this is the non-refundable fee we must pay when processing a credit card transaction.
