Ein charmantes vier Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder Stadthaus im Alpine Village Resort. Betreten Sie das Wohnzimmer mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, einem Gaskamin und einem Flachbildfernseher mit DVD. Durch das Wohnzimmer ist der Essbereich mit Platz für acht von der Küche gefolgt, die mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist, müssen Sie Ihre Lieblings-Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Aus dem Wohnbereich ist ein umgebauter Vollbad und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und einen Fernseher. Von diesem Schlafzimmer Kopf außerhalb des geräumigen Achterdeck mit einem bewaldeten Aussicht zu genießen. Unterhalb der Eingangsstufe ist ein fertiges Keller einen zweiten Wohnbereich mit Flachbild-Fernseher und DVD sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, ein zweites modernisiert Vollbad und ein Waschraum zu halten. Die oberste Etage des Stadthauses befindet sich oberhalb der Eingangsebene und bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Sitz Loft und ein drittes renoviert Vollbad. Jedes dieser Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, eines mit einem kleinen Flachbildfernseher.

The property was towards the back so it was nice to have the privacy. The house itself was great plenty of space and lots of room to accommodate. Would be great for friends or friends with kids. We were totally stay here again.

Awesome family stay

This property is so spacious AND so cozy. Plenty of room for us to spread out or hang together and watch a movie. One of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen at a rental too. Especially appreciated empty cupboards for our groceries. Very convenient to all the local spots. Pool was awesome for killing some down time with the kids. Bonus was a HUGE plowed snow mountain right in front of the unit for kid adventures . We loved it!

The homeowner writes: We are very sorry the Wi-Fi and cable were not working during your stay. They are now. Spectrum is pretty good at getting someone out within 24 hours to fix such problems, so please do report them to Loon Reservations who will help. Unfortunately, we have been instructed by the Alpine Village association that Renters are no longer allowed to use wood-burning fires due to insurance limitations. This is particularly disappointing as we upgraded the fireplace to fully meet modern standards only 3 years ago. We believe the fireplace is the center of the home during winter months, and so are planning to replace it with a suitable gas-burning fireplace to allow renters (and ourselves!) to enjoy the fire through the winter. This should be done once the ground thaws and be ready for next season.

Great place

The size and functionality of the space was perfect for our multigenerational family group. Loved walking proximity to N Woodstock, nice development. Convenient for skiing at Loon. Be aware that if you need to work remotely while at the property, as some of our group did, the wifi is very slow and weak. Management very helpful but ultimately it was not adequate for our needs. Not an issue at all if you are there to vacation!

Girls weekend getaway!

Overall, the place was nice. It would've been nice to be told ahead of time that we needed to bring our own towels to the pool/hot tub. Only 1 towel is provided per guest. No one wants to use the same towel they are using to shower to mix with chlorine & sweat from sauna. Also missing some basic necessities (trash bags & hand towels for each bathroom).

Pretty good, with a few issues

The place was very nice, however the dishwasher was broken and many of the pots and pans were not cleaned properly. The management team was fantastic, and I believe the dishwasher issue happened recently. With a household of people and pots and pans that needed to be washed before and after usage, our hiking and general vacation time was significantly shortened.

clean condo but asking too much of guests with 10 am ck out

Clean and well maintained, but the host and service fees added over 30% to the cost and I'm not sure what those paid for...the exit request list was onerous especially with a 10 am checkout. The guest was responsible for multiple settings and requests for 3 floors with 2 difference HVAC systems. At that level of fees we'd expect the mgt co to handle those issues post departure.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpets in this unit were heavily soiled. Half of the electrical outlets were not working. Lamp in the downstairs bedroom was not working. The internet failed, and to get a secure connection, we used the hotspots on our phones. One person in our party had to leave for a secure connection for her job. The bathroom on the main floor had a sanitized seal on the toilet, but the bowl looked dirty. The pillows were flat, so we purchased some so that we could get a comfortable night’s sleep. We have stayed in much nicer properties for similar price, so I would not recommend staying at this property unless it gets renovated
