Bad Communication

Upon arrival we had no greeter, after a long day of traveling you just want to get to villa and relax. Greeter finely shows up after several phone calls about a hour late, great off we go to relax. Orientation went great no problem . During orientation he informed us he would be back in a few days to clean the pool, no problem thanks for the heads up.on Tuesday we got back to the house from a day or the beach we could see the pool was being attended to, lol a hose was in the pool running water overflowing and running down the hill. That was it for pool cleaning. . Mid week we get back from a day on the beach someone is in the house, ok it’s the cleaning people. Ok great just a heads up would have been nice. So all that being said house was great just poor communication on there part.

Beautiful property!

We have been going to St John for years and have stayed at homes all over he island. We loved Coyoba! Beautiful house and property and close to town. Our only negatives were, we booked the home knowing that it had a hot tub, the listing at the time showed the picture. However, when we arrived the hot tub was turned in to a garden, a little decieving on the listing. That was very disappointing. Also, there were no batteries is the remotes, (the groundskeeper came the next day to replace) Otherwise, the place was a gem. The views were stunning and the pool was great after a day at the beach. We’d recommend to family and friends!

Beautiful Property

My husband and I have been going to St John for years and usually try a different villa each time. Coyoba is one of a very select group that we would go back time and time again. The villa is beautiful, the pool is wonderful and I love that you can be in the pool and hear the waves crashing below. The villa is well appointed with all the amenities you could want and beautifully furnished with great wifi! We will be back to Coyoba for sure.
