This quintessential Palm Springs, mid-century Modern is conveniently located only minutes from the dining and boutique luxuries of El Paseo. Enveloped by mountain views and emotional sunsets, this single-story three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence serves as the perfect venue to relax and recharge on a serenely situated corner-lot in the sought after neighborhood of Bel Air, in south Palm Desert.
Several walls of glass doors spill outside, seamlessly merging indoors with the outside amenities, which include: a large pool adorned with chaise lounges and shades, outdoor dining for six and adjacent seating area, a four-hole putting green, and a thoughtfully curated/lit landscaping plan. The main living area is open-concept, combining the living area, gourmet kitchen, dining room for six, and island seating. The guest bedrooms are generously sized and equipped with hotel-quality mattresses, European bedding, ample storage and smart televisions. The primary suite features a giant closet and a glass-encased sitting room, which also serves as a cabana to the pool. Other amenities include: Built-in Sonos audio inside and out, automated shades, parking, and home security system. All this, only moments from world-class golf courses, hiking trails, bicycle routes, and the best of desert life in Palm Springs.
There is space available for 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted by the city.
UTILITIES
For Monthly renters the utilities of gas and electric are the responsibility of the guest. This is standard for monthly rentals in the desert. They are charged upon consumption. A utility deposit of $3,000 per month will be held on guests’ credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utility cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide the utility bills to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. Pool heat is controlled remotely by the guest enabling more flexibility and savings.
