There is a large game room which includes a high-end billiards table and pub tables with seating which feature chess and backgammon games. Also in the game room is a euro-lounger which converts to a queen size bed and a 65” smart TV.
The master retreat features a king bed, large walk-in closet and a large full soaker tub with huge separate shower and direct access to the pool/spa area. Two other primary bedrooms feature new king beds, and en-suite bathrooms which have been recently remodeled. The fourth bedroom features full-sized bunk beds which would be perfect for up to 4 children or two adults. Also in the fourth bedroom is a desk to easily set up your home office. All bedrooms feature high-quality bedding, smart TVs and ceiling fans (no TV in the fourth bedroom).

The backyard is an entertainers delight which features the beautiful salt water pool and spa with numerous water features. The covered patio has a beautiful, new dining table with 8 chairs. There are four new lounge chairs with cushions to lounge by the pool and numerous umbrellas to keep you cool. The backyard oasis also features a new firepit surrounded by a new deep seating set, and BBQ. This home is wonderfully located and 5-10 mins from most everything in the desert including El-Paseo, The River, numerous golf courses and is less than 10 minutes from Agua Caliente Casino.
