The Space:

As you enter the house you'll come straight into the main living area with the living room, dining room, laundry room kitchen and the door that walks out to the back patio with the hot tub. There are two rooms on one side of the house with the master on the other side with a large bathroom and closet.

Notes

This house DOES NOT have AC. Most homes in Buena Vista and other mountain towns don't have AC including this one. There are ceiling fans or portable fans at the property for your use to help keep you cool. Please note that opening windows at night and closing them in the morning helps a ton.



The local property managers are around if you need them but will leave you alone during your stay.



Please note a refundable deposit will be held against your credit card for the duration of your stay to cover any incidentals or damages. The guest shall sign a rental agreement to all terms before reservation is approved.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the garage and driveway parking.



The Neighborhood:

This house is located in a neighborhood so please be respectful of neighbors. The house is located right down the street from a local park with a playground, picnic tables and a basketball court.



Getting Around:

The house is located a few miles from downtown Buena Vista. There is a nice trail that comes into the neighborhood that takes you right into town with a lovely walk with mountain views.



Interaction with Guests:

Hosts are locals and live in town. They are available when needed but leave the guests alone to enjoy their stay.
