Hi Lashonda, We're glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment itself and that the property manager was helpful and quick to respond. It’s great that the location and amenities worked well for you too. We totally understand how those four flights of stairs can be tough after a long day exploring the city. That's why we made sure to include a note in the check-in instructions stating that the apartment is on the upper floor and is only accessible via stairs, as there are no elevators. We’re also sorry to hear about the hallway condition. We hope to host you again on your next visit!

Thank you for your feedback. Your concerns have been reviewed, and we’ve addressed the issues to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconveniences. We appreciate your input and are continually working to improve the comfort and accuracy of the listing.

Merci pour votre retour. Tous les problèmes que vous avez mentionnés ont été résolus, y compris la serrure, les draps, le ventilateur de la salle de bain, le robinet et les fils électriques. Le logement est désormais prêt et confortable pour les futurs invités.
