Multiple entertaining spaces with a 75` TV in the main living room, 75` in the theater room, and 55` in the entertainment room!

Adults can cozy up to the exterior propane firepit. The home`s backyard is adjacent to a high school soccer field, most daytimes and evenings are peaceful and serene. Enjoy watching a high school soccer game with a front row seat on game nights!

With 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, this home provides hotel-style comfort with plenty of privacy. All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses, and two bedrooms have 43` Smart TVs. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services.

Master (Bedroom 1): King bed. 43` Smart TV. Attached full bathroom with stand up tile shower. Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Closet and large dresser.

Bedroom 2: King bed. 43` Smart TV. Desk, lamp and desk chair. Closet and large dresser.

Bedroom 3: Two twin bunk beds and one pull out twin trundle. Closet for clothes storage.

Bedroom 4: Full bed, twin bed, twin bunk beds (low to ground - narrow sleeping space on lower bunk bed).

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig are available, and we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

We’ve added a waffle bar complete with chocolate syrup, pancake syrup, and a box of waffle mix for warm, homemade breakfasts.

Laundry is available onsite. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets.

We are available as needed for guests! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Guest has reviewed property photos and acknowledges property location is next to high school soccer field, along with types of beds offered (including bunk bed with low profile)
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using outside spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi can result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.
