The Space:

Featuring a private heated swimming pool against a gorgeous backdrop of peaceful swaying pine trees and 300-ft of flowing creek shoreline, Poolside Pines is the perfect cabin for your next large gathering.

With 6 king bedrooms and a bunk room sleeping up to 24, this cabin can comfortably accommodate 36 guests. The weather never gets too chilly for swimming here. Enjoy the heated pool during the cooler months.



Looking for indoor fun? Enjoy a game of pool, shuffleboard, or cheer on your favorite football team on one of the many big screen TVs. We can’t wait to host you at this stunning cabin!

Master Bedroom #4 (sleeps 2):

Bunk Room (sleeps 24):

Eight sets of triple-stacked twin-sized bunk beds, two ensuite bathrooms each with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Pool table, shuffleboard, Smart TV, two leather chairs.



Living Toom:

Oversized sectional sofa, two chairs, gas fireplace, Smart TV, access to back deck.



Kitchen and Dining:

Seating for 10 at dining table, seating for 4 at breakfast bar, oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with water and ice dispenser, Keurig K-cup and drip coffee pots, toaster, crock pot, blender, and all standard cookware, dishware, silverware, and drinkware you should need to prepare and serve meals during your stay.



Outdoor:

Private heated swimming pool, hot tub, double-sided gas fireplace serving outdoor entertaining space and hot tub area, outdoor dining with seating for 10, multiple entertaining areas, gas grill, walk-down to creek gazebo, flowing creek on property with 300-ft of shoreline, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, circle drive for easy in/out boat parking. Pool heat is available October - April.



General:

Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 3 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval.. Laundry closet with a double washer and dryer available. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's front and rear entrances. GAS FIREPLACES AND POOL HEAT are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this property is 36, no exceptions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home. However, if they wish to use the fire pit, please make sure that you purchase your own firewood.



Other Things to Note:

Kindly note: While we do our best to provide pool heating, this service cannot be guaranteed at all times due to weather conditions or possible equipment limitations.

Note: Please note that after confirming your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. This must be completed prior to your arrival.

If you plan to bring any pets, kindly be informed that the cabin charges an additional pet fee amounting to $125 per pet per stay, Please reach out to the cabin to make sure that its added to your booking.

Pool heating is not currently included in the accommodation fee. If you would like to add this option, feel free to contact us for more details and pricing.

The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old. Reservations made by individuals under 25 will be subject to cancellation.
