Inside, warm wood floors and a calm, uncluttered layout create an easy place to land after winter days spent exploring the city or attending events. When evening settles in, the studio feels especially inviting—a quiet retreat while the streets glow below.



Sleeping arrangements

A queen size 12" memory foam mattress anchors the sleeping area, promising a restful night’s sleep. For added flexibility, a full sized air mattress is also provided, ready for an extra guest or a cozy movie night on the floor.



Living and entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, offering a simple spot to unwind with a show or a book after a day out. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth and continuity. The building’s shared gym and pool table give indoor options for staying active or passing the time during winter evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen supplies a dedicated space for everyday cooking and casual dining, fitting naturally into the studio layout.



Work & connectivity

A dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi support remote work or planning your next adventure. Heating and air conditioning keep the studio comfortable throughout the colder months.



Bathroom & laundry

The full bathroom features a walk‑in shower and hot water. An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays or winter travel more convenient; shampoo and standard bathroom essentials are not provided.

Self check‑in is handled via a lockbox. An elevator, exterior security cameras, a front‑door Blink doorbell, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms add peace of mind.

The entire apartment is for you to use except for locked storage cabinets.

Please let us know if you need early check-in, late check-out or a parking permit for the parking lot and we will arrange that for you.



Early Check-in:

$35 fee check-in at 2 PM



Late Check-out:

$35 fee check-out at 12 PM
